I wanna keep track of my prs on some secondary movements(barbell row,extensions ect) but it’s hard to do here,since I might not do a variation for 2 weeks or even a month.So I want to do it on my computer.Any program reccomendation for that?
I just use excel, I also keep track of prs in different rep ranges but for secondary lifts that may not be as important
I know,it’s just a personal preference
I actually feel dumb for not thinking of excel
I have a whiteboard, I used to use the back of my notebook.
I’d probably go Google Sheets rather than Excel so you can access it anywhere with an Internet connection

I track my lifts but really it never has been that useful. I know more or less what I can do in my head and that do it for the general progression.
