I will now start to get down under 220 in the next month. I am hovering around 223-227 depends on the day. Now its time to get serious and drop another 8 pounds and then hold it for 3 months to create a new lower set point.

I was so proud to be able to do that lift! It is a cool group to work with for sure!

So well today was supposed to be a light week well…that did’nt happen err well monday was light. LOL

See thing is I get migraines once in awhile something terrible due to my f’ed up genetics and nothing besides drinking myself into a stupor really helps besides lifting so hard that I see spots or taste blood then usually the pain/pressure goes away.

Rack pulls at middle knee 135x5x2,225x5,315x5,405x5,495x3,585x2. all lifts above 315 were wrist-strapped and belted.
Headache started to lessen here-low back started to bark a little–i’ll take that over the buzzsaw in my head anyday.

Flat bench 135x3,185x3,205x3,225x3 added slingshot 275x5,295x3,315x3,365x1, 365x1,365x1,315x15. felt good no strain on pec due to having the slingshot take some of the load off of the pec in the stretch position.

pullups bwx10, +45lbsx5, +90lbsx1 for 5 sets. Headache gone…

seated dbell snatch worked up to 70x3 in 10 pound increments from 40 did 5 sets at 70.

Reverse bbell curls 75x8x3

bweight 224

Was supposed to go easy on complexes but well the Little Devil on my right shoulder sure whispers all the right things…
