Keep moving Forward

Interesting upperbody day. I strained my right pec -maybe even a slight tear…grrrrrrrr right @ the pacemaker site.

flat bench 295x5,295x5,295x6 easy but felt a pinch at my pec and deeper–shut it down right there, I was going for 10 reps. all reps were very fast and paused.

chest supported rows 5x10

Seated Ohp press 135x5x3, 185x8 shut down here due to pec strain.

Hammer curls 50x10x4

Will do only OHP (lightly) till pec heals. Hmmmm oh well and some very light flys.

fucking ripped! you secksey bastard!

Hope the pec is nothing more then a scare. Bald is beautiful.

Thanks guys for the compliments. Pec is tender right now.

what size shirt is that xxm? looking good

Damn dude-- FREIGHT TRAIN!!!

Thanks guys!!

some forearm work -stretching- neck work.

Right Pec is real tight and slightly tender. Feels like a bruise-dull ache-not sharp stabbing pain–

With the softer foam roller @ the Gym I will try to roll on it and try not to scream!

Whoa - your a big guy, I think your biceps are bigger than your head!

Hope the pec heals up quickly for you.

Looking good Big Fisch!
Ya know, there are a lot of dudes about your size but what really gets me is the amount of strength and limitless gas tank you posses (not to mention your experience and expertise). Man that makes me either want to stab you or work out twice as hard. (BTW: I’m another one of his students and I train with KBgal)

Thanks for rare moment of mercy at KB class yesterday. I really missed moving the bells and I really dig the flow of the exercises. Now if only I can get rid of split snatches!

Alright Fisch when are you coming to the +

HOJO!!!

Glad you signed up man!!

My limitless gas tank is more my will not to fail if that makes sense? I think it is the fear of getting older that drives me to keep training like when I was in my 20’s and in fighting shape.

Lower body feeling the waters out day

trapbar deadlift -shoeless

225x2 8 sets
225x3 7 sets

hamstring curls 170x10x3

weighted ab situps 40x10x3

No rib pain - will go to 275 next week for 15 sets

I am coming to the realization is I like 18-30 reps of “work weight sets” but reps over 5 get me hurt in lower body when getting over 85% of 1rm.

So I will try this method/ multipule sets of 2’s or 3’s for strength like 10x2–>15x2

Sure, you guys finally go outside as soon as I blow off a work out. That’s light weight for the Big Fisch on farmer walks, considering he usually carries that in one hand. Next time, KBgal should jump on his shoulders and start slapping him…I’d like to see how much speed he gets then =D

Upper body day

dynamic (sorta) bench 185x3x8 8 sets of 3

Standing OHP 95x3x3,115x3x2,135x3,155x3,175x2,185x1,205x1,205x1,205x1,225x.97 (FUCK ME) 135x25

Semi-strict–very slight lg drive.

shrugs 295x15x5

bbell curls 95x15x3

Right pec is a level 1 strain right at one of the leads. So OHP is primary exercise next 6 weeks

Good workout today!
