Later then went to a “water pad” I think thy’re called with my children, a lot of fun was had. My son told me I was a “Zombie-Dinosaur” (he’s 3.5) and I had to chase them and eat their brains. LOL so we played tag for 2 hrs getting some sun and getting soaked.
bench press against Pro-short (gray) average bands --supposed to be 120lbs @ 24 inches
135x5x2,185x3,205x3,225x3,250x2,275x1,295x3/4 right side lost its “choke” and moved "south–towards my feet"lower causing an imbalance–otherwise would have nailed it.
chest supported rows worked up to 3 plates for 3x5
russian laterals 25x10x3 (instead of stopping halfway continue till directly overhead)
straight arm pulldowns/seated rows for sets of 15 for 2 sets
leg press stack for 5x10 then some high reppers at lower weight for 30 reps per set
deadlifts in smith machine–always wanted to try it
worked up to 4 plates a side for 5 sets of 3
leg extensions 150x30x2 reps
calf and abs done in a giant/circuit set.
standing calf raises x50
incline situps with weight x5
seated calf press x25
hanging ab raises x10
4 sets
ab roller 3x8
