Right now cutting at 1400-1600 kcal a day. 10k steps daily. Working out 4x a week - upper lower routine.I don’t know what to do. I’m still not satisfied with my bodyfat. People around me tell me i have a BD. Should i keep cutting, maintain or leanbulk
Only you can decide what your goals are and whether you’re happy with your body or not.
All of us are different. If I was where you’re at I’d probably aim to slow bulk to 180lb with a few 3-4week mini cuts in between. That information is irrelevant to you because we don’t have enough information.
If I were to give any advice with the limited information though, it would be to not cut any further. When I was 10lbs lighter than you at the same height I considered myself seriously underweight and had a lot of petty little health problems that I blamed other stuff for.
How can anyone tell you what to do? To me, a man at 62kgs is a girl. But for you, maybe you like the look and feel.
If it was me, i wouldnt cut until im at least 100kgs.
One thing i can’t resist is that im constantly hungry - starving. I’m kinda satisfied with my pretty lean body but i don’t think i can manage to maintain 1500 kcal whole year around. I just love food and miss old days when i ate like a horde
At that weight I was still barely training but sticking tablespoons of olive oil in my protein shakes with the desperation of adding calories any way I could. Falling asleep halfway through a meal and intermittently waking up to force another forkful.
I wonder why the argument that protein makes you feel full is constantly pushed. This does not happen to me. If I don’t eat, for example, potatoes, rice, beans all the time, no matter how big a steak I’ve eaten, my stomach is full, but I still feel hungry. I can eat like this, it works well for my blood pressure and sugar, but I don’t feel full. The good thing about this is that without carbs I constantly have the mental feeling that I’m getting thinner and thinner.
Is there a person here who does not really feel any hunger if he eats only meat, eggs and vegetable salads.
