nothing like the other day though. I literally was cold-sweating buckets.

I’m getting some crazy back pumps. Could this be from the heavy deadlifting (relatively speaking, heavy), or I’ve read it can be a side effect of test… any opinions?
I was taking a piss post workout and my lower back was shaking almost while I tried to stand still.

I honestly did not read the whole thing, 8 pages was just too much for me.
You seem to be on point so far. I think you cals are coming in a bit low, but hopefully you’ll figure that out.
I wish you the best of luck of luck with this. I did my first cycle at 21, and 6"4 220lbs. I have no doubt I could have gained more natty. I have no doubt that at 19 you eaisly could have made killer gains on your own without help.
Sadly, you will probably have a tough time ever making gains after this which means you’ll be on and off the rest of your life. Not really anything wrong with that IMO, just a fact. Looking forward to reading how this plays out for you. Keep posting and prove everyone wrong. There are lots of people here to help if shit starts going wrong.
