There’s actually a woman named Diana Ball. I googled it out of boredom one day, and she’s fairly hot and works out a ton. She might be well-known on this site, not sure.

There’s no stopping this guy from doing what he’s doing. He already has the gear and is injecting. All we can do now is baby-step him through the process if we have to.

Well.

I passed out.

I pinned my friend and then he pinned me, while he was injecting I almost passed out…

He got done, I rubbed the spot…

And I fell over.

It didn’t hurt (the injection) and the oil didnt hurt either.

It was just mental. I couldn’t maintain consciousness. I know you guys are going to joke about this.

I think I’ll do better on staying awake next time.

But anyway, the pin was painless…

Tahnks for all the support guys[/quote]

Glad your not dead. J/K Anyways, next time, drink a lil juice, maybe some grape juice or OJ, and lie down or rest against a chair or something. Then when your buddy is done pinning you, put your feet up for a while. Hopefully, it won’t happen again. You are definitely gonna laugh about this one later.

We’ll be sure to remind you about it from time to time

Diana Ball has a man face.

You blood panel is very good, which is to be expected at 19. I’d be interested if you got a blood panel after your done as someone already mentioned. good luck.

Thanks guys.
I will get a blood panel done after my cycle, and after PCT.

Would I need to get it done right after my last shot, or right after PCT… and then another test maybe a month after PCT?

And PS, Diana Ball looks like a dude, and isn’t hot. Maybe she took a few too many…

I reduced my volume. What do you guys think of this workout versus my former Arm workouts?

Also, am I getting enough tricep work in?

You seem to be missing a couple of the more important excercises in my opinion.

Standing barbell curls for bis
Dips or close grip bench for tris

Are you going to failure every set or any set?

Are your amrs fatigued at the end of the work out? Sore the next day?

Thanks for the advice.

I was getting a lot of feedback about too much volume, so I dropped my volume.

Would you suggest adding 3 sets of standing BB curls, or would you substitute it for something?

I was going to throw dips in on chest day.

My last set for arms seemed to be close to failure on each set.
Since I just started a new volume regimen, it was hard to gauge the weights I should use. I’ll be bumping up the weight on my next arm day.

My arms were fatigued last night, yes. Today they are sore. Especially the lower heads of my bicep.

How would you recomend fitting those excercises in? Thanks

Also, I’m doing before and after measurements.

When measuring my chest, do I flex?

nah, just go across the nipple line, relaxed.

My ass hurts from the shot still

Shoulders: 51" (measured by trainer at gym)
Chest: 41" (not sure if i measured at right place)

Waist: 30" (empty stomach, at belly button)

And can I get some feedback on the suggestions made by Lilguy… how to incorporate them?

Thanks

How do your tri’s feel after this workout?

I actually favor swapping the order a little and doing the preacher curls after some seated or incline hammer curls. To really up the intensity without upping the volume, you can do the preacher curls with a DB one arm at a time.

And for the tri’s I like to do my skullcrushers like Arnold. Lay at the top of the bench where you could almost have your head hanging off the bench (he actually did have his head off).

Then extend your arms up to do the skullcrusher, but make sure that your humerous bone (upper portion of the arm containing the bi, tri, and delt) is at least perpendicular to the ground. If anything, you bi’s should be closer to your head than your chest. This way, there is always tension on the tri throughout the movement and it is not allowed to rest at the top.
