Incline DB Flies
30x5… FUCK THAT HURTS, I’m not doing it right. Need to learn incline DB flies before I do more.

Wide Chest Hammer Strength Machine (Weight listed is weight added to machine)

Calories = 4300. FUCK. I’ll work on this…

Jesus H Christ, my deadlifts SUCK. This is my number one lift I hope to increase by my cycle. Bench, of course, is my second. (such a teenager…)

Caloric intake today was 5100.

Wow. I think that the “steroid myths” thread generally came to the consensus that you should have made good progress to this point, and that the main reason teenagers should stay away from steroids is that they don’t have sufficient training/diet knowledge and fortitude. No offense, but you’re 6’1" and 175 lbs?

Also, you don’t look super strong, and I doubt there’s a pressing need to take these drugs to keep up with the competition… What’s the rationale behind using steroids so early in your lifting career, before you’ve made much in the way of natural gains?

Really? I thought it was the general consensus in the COMPETITIVE BODYBUILDING world that you should be big before starting steroids.

I thought it came to the consensus THAT THE FEW teenagers that DO have sufficient training and diet knowledge are capable of using steroids responsibly.

Offense taken. My goal is 6’1 195 at 6 or 7% bodyfat. Even that is considered “small” by most bodybuilders on the board.
The rationale? It works, and when done right, it’s safe.
Oh, and who said I am making a career of lifting? I do not wish to ever enter in a competition, besides an MMA competition.

Did you read my original post completely? Not trying to rant here, but this is a log, where constructive criticism is appreciated, not a place for “you don’t need roids”. No one NEEDS roids.

I forgot to mention in my OP, I do Muay Thai and MMA training 2 nights per week, as well as solo technique work 2 add’l nights per week at the gym.
I’d like to compete next fall

I listed my side goals and not my main ones, haha.

I’d like to get to roughly 200-205 lbs on cycle, and then next fall cut down to 190-195, and end up at 195 6.5% bf by Christmas.

And on that note, I’m going to FREAKING bed

Good luck with that 500mg strenth test if it really is that strength.

Its going to feel like you got bucked in the ass by a horse for a good week after every shot.

Im also curious as to why you felt the need to start AAS when getting to close to 200lbs naturally should be eaisly attainable at your age/height.

Thanks for the warning, I’ve heard that concentration can be rough :confused:

As for your question, it wasn’t that I felt a need. I don’t feel there has ever been a need, for anyone, ever, to use steroids, except for severe HRT. I’m using them because I want to and I know how to do them properly. Thank you for posing that question… politely, however. Didn’t rant like I did with what’s his face up there.
