I’m not flexing my delts… I’m flexing my chest… It would be hard to see a difference on that picture especially.

My best friend knows, my buddies have no idea. My best friend is the one that is doing a cycle as well. My bros just think I’m working hard and eating right. (I’m in college, remember)
On a side note, this is NOT meant to be stupid or conceited or wahtever, but does it look like I have really good quads compared to the rest of my body? My squat isn’t super high, but i blame that on my back strength… I mean I do leg extensions really heavy… maybe its’ just me… but i’ve seen RMP threads where people are benching more than me and their legs suck… I think I have pretty solid legs (not that I’m going to stop working them or anything)… thoughts?
Your quads are decent, they go along with the rest of your body. But at this point, it’s really hard to tell because you’ve been working out (to my knowledge) for only about a month or so (under a year).
Your true potential has yet to come out. But it looks like you’re on the right track (minus the aas, that’s my oppinion). keep at it and you’ll be ‘swole’.
If you say your back is inhibiting the progress of your squats, then get that fixed. Always examine your faults and fix them.

Focus on getting more cals and protein as you still arent getting enough.
Sure you have made some gains, however for a first cycle and being rather small to begin with the gains have not been near good as they should of been if you had been consuming enough calories.
Hopefully this doesnt sound too harsh, however most seem to be complementing these gains you are making and only one other guy other than myself feel that you could be doing much better.
Lastly surely do not move your deads to the end of your back work out. If you want to have more power for your other back moves then schedule yourself into the gym for 25-30 mins for just deadlifts. Not interfering with the rest of your work out.
Just so i dont have to trawl through this thread KVA, please could you tell me/us the total net gain so far, how many weeks you have done, and your dosage - 500mg sust… (and what was it?)

I have a problem I’m hoping you guys can advise me on.
Tomorrow is shot day, and my left side was shot 2 days ago. As of tomororw, it will have been 72 hours since injecting on left butt cheek. It will have been 6 days since an injection in my right butt cheek… so i’m due for my right cheek tomorrow. However, it’s all knotted up.
MY left side doesn’t really feel knotted, by right does… so should I inject right side on schedule, even though it’s knotted up badly? Or inject left side for the 2nd time in 4 days? Or see if my friend can inject my delt? I’m realllllllly opposed to a quad or delt injection… but if I have to, I guess I could…
Get over the issue or find a new hobby. Its just that simple.
Delts dont hurt me in the least either. Quads I seem to find a nerve every now and again. The last two quad shots I did were standing with all the weigh off the leg I was doing the shot in. Worked out rather well.
