My Back strength is going wayyy up… I think I am going to start doing DL’s at the end of my workout, so that I can get a better Row and Pulldown workout… any opinions on this??

I disagree with putting deads at the end of the workout. My deadlifts NEVER effect my other back exercises, but doing other back exercises will effect your deadlift. My back never lets out on any row before my lats and biceps do because my deadlift has gotten my erectors so strong. And pull-ups are also a lat and bicep workout, not a back workout so much.
Keep the deads first is my vote.

Very nice progress. I see your erectors are becoming thick!
Might i suggest the following:
first thing’s first, some leg shots
second, get your arms upto par with your back (biceps triceps and forearms)
third: do more direct trap work, you can use a little more size on them in that BDB shot
KVA - What are you doing to your skin mate? It looks like a redhead fell asleep in the sun…

KVA, I can really tell a difference in your shoulder and bicep size. Back is coming along too. Noticeably thicker.

I disagree with that. You can clearly see that his shoulders are larger. Look how much farther down his posterior delts reach on his BDB and his anterior delts are also up a little bit higher. The most improvement is in the anteriors though.
Back it both thicker and wider, and the biceps are bigger.

I think it’s a cold… but it could be allergies+another run of test flu.
Anyway, trained through it, but weight and strength were down (I say strength was down because I got 225x3 on bench last week… I did not try for a 3rd rep today) and I weighed in less than yesterday… probably because I slept this afternoon instead of eating/drinking.
Anyway I’m going to eat/train through this… hopefully the cold won’t hinder my gains too much.
I will post leg pics in a little bit, I promise. I posted a before leg shot a ways back… see first page. I’m going to take a double leg pose in a bit… but can’t have my mom seein me do that, she might think it was a little weird.
Give me an hour or so.

I really want to bring up my arms. Also, chest has not exploded the way i wanted it to. IMO, at least. thoughts?

Before and 33days in, MM… I think? Or do the traps get flexed more in a “most muscular pose”?

maybe i’m a little crazy/impatient, but now that you put those pics beside eachother, i don’t see ‘‘blown up’’ shoulders. I just see a slight increase in size with a little more some-what-striation
