Agreed on the pics, but I cant say it sucks because I don’t have a log to boast myself. I am curious to see how you are progressing, seeing as how I am roughly your size and strength (overall shorter and lighter, though).

Have you been seeing good improvements on your major lifts? I am still in a phase where I can add 10lbs a week to my squat and dead lift. Pretty fucking awesome if you ask me. Show us some progress dude!

I’m the opposite, I do barbell military presses standing. I can move a hell of alot more weight than seated. I also use a wee bit of body english. I envy you to no end. My time will come, I can almost feel the needle in my glute. lol

There’s nothing much to sticking a needle in.

seriously, it’s simple. Just clean the area/vial, shoot your product in the syringe, slowly jab it in, aspirate, pump and remove!

Where are your heavy free weight rows Kay? Was it the gym? Bent-over barbell rows, t-bar rows, one-arm dumbbell rows. The woirks in order for you to get some thickness on that back.

Here are results thus far

28 Days
+12 lbs Body Weight
-.2% bodyfat

Arms + 1.125"
Waist +.5"

Bench: From 190x3 with helt, to 225x3 no help
Squat: From 225x5 to 285x3+ and 315x1
Deadlift: From 225x3 to 285x3 and 300x1

Bigtime Acne on my back.

Note the decrease in bodyfat… I have little or no bloating…My face doesn’t look too much fuller… my neck has grown though. And My waist is only .5" biggger… which is probably from ab/oblique/lower back muscle growth… my bodyfat seems to have gone down. My arms are much more vascular (see trap picture)…

Overall I can’t wait for the next 6 weeks!!! Glad you guys are seeing good improvement in me.

If your BF% went down, I suggest ramping up the calories a few hundred. 12 lbs in 4 weeks is pretty good, but let’s really see how far you can push it. I read another log and some guy gained 25 lbs in 2 weeks, granted some of that has to be water.

I’d say keep on ramping up the calories until you notice fat gain. You may know what your natural calorie balance is, but I can safely say that you don’t know what your steroid balance for calories is. To be true, your calorie intake is one of the lowest I’ve seen from any log. Bump it up some.

But yeah you look a ton better. I can see a little bit more back thickness and a shitload more width, so that’s good. The back is a tough-ass muscle, especially when it’s on gear. Hit that fucker hard.

What are you doing to combat the acne? I’m almost 23 and I can still get acne is I’m not careful (not that it’s still not uncommon at that age).
