Kayveeay's Log **UPDATED** 12/27/09

Yup.
The TFL is much more on the front - it flexes the hip so this would make sense.

It would be possible to inject it from the side, but you wouldnt be very deep in tissue… and you wouldnt be in the gluteal musculature either… that was the MAIN give away for me i must say! ;p

ya… KVA - the ventro is just a different way of accessing the same area you are currently using in the Glute.

Can i ask some questions?

How often are you injecting?
What volume is in each injection?
What sites do you use?

Brook[/quote]

I’m injecting 3x week
.7 cc per shot
Rotating glutes

I can’t seem to find the ventro spot… It feels like I’m about to inject into my hip.

Black circle shows where the pain is at.

It’s inbetween the two shapes, too, but mostly at the injection site and the black circle.

Ok… thats all fine, i was just checking to see that you total injection freq and volume per site was low… and it is.

I would STRONGLY recommend going to a needle exchange (google) if you have one near, they have all sorts of info you will benefit from greatly as a beginner - i use one, and still pick up tips on safety in injection practice from time to time. There are leaflets if you dont want to speak to a human.

Google ‘how to do injections IM’ or something, and learn the thigh too at least.

There is no rush for this cycle, but if you continue to use, you will eventually need to learn new sites - if i remember correctly it was a big step injecting in the first place, so relax for a while and get used to it before trying any new ‘tricks’

Thanks man. I don’t know of any needle exchanges around here though, do they have them in the states?

Ya… my wife and i used one regular in Mass. But being the liberal state it is, it is hardly surprising… i BELIEVE Cal does too… other than that, google is your friend!

I HAVE TEST FLU.

All day today I felt kinda out of it, thought maybe it’s because I was out last night, then got worse and worse and around 7pm I felt really achy and my head hurt pretty bad… and I had the chills. NO FEVER. I laid down and took some tylenol cold (625 mg acetominophen + sinus/cold relief) and within 45 minutes I felt alot better and took a nap… I woke up feeling a lot better and was able to work out. On top of that, when I woke up my ass didn’t hurt anymore from that weird shot I had.

But, a few hours later, it was back. It’s almost impossible for me to sit down in my car or sit down to do military press without grimacing. I can feel a knot back there… but no redness… or fever… So I think I have combination of test flu and a bad settling of oil…

Would you guys agree? I don’t think I need to get myself checked out since 1. it’s the first day I felt like I was sick and 2. There’s no fever or redness around inject site.

Also, I realized I haven’t been heating my oil prior to injecting… this could be a problem.

Does anyone know a good recipe for Parmasean Chicken Pasta?

(That has a good macro breakdown…)

thx

I dont think you have ‘test flu’ i think you have over-active imagination syndrome-flu. Couldnt you have ‘common cold’? Its not as cool but…

When one is doing something new in regards to drugs or whatever, one becomes highly sensitive to EVERY physical hiccup or process that goes on… looking into it to see if it is the beginnings of a fatal side effect.
One of the end results of test flu is your skin… it just slides right off the bones… so you’ll know soon enough.

I dont know about your inject problem fella - TBH, i am struggling to make myself beliebe that it was inj. in the correct place… Sit it out for a few days and see what happens… take regular cold and flu meds (they really work for me - everytime… i can train like an animal on Pseudonorepinephrine, asprin and caffeine!

Hopefully someone who has actually been through something similar can pitch in - but i will say if it is test flu - what you gonna do? It is only illness caused by a preservative or particle. It is like any other cold really. MAN UP! (who is your sust made by)?

Yeah, but it’s summer, 90 degrees… not really cold season… plus I’m achy. I mean you could be right, just saying it’d be highly unusual to have a cold right now. Plus my friend is using same sustanon and he had test flu for a day or two a while back.

Fair enough then.

Still - gotta suck it up!

Maybe this thread can shed some light on your pain. I thought of this a couple of days ago, but it took me a while to find the thread.

Have you thought about quad injects?

i find this a odd reply for me to post but anyway…
keep it simple. Grill chicken breast and cut into strips/chunks, boil whole wheat pasta, im sure u can pick up a cream sauce powder pack at your grocery store. You can get them and they are usually low fat/cal just gotta watch the sodium. Mix the pack with some EVOO,skim milk and desired amount of parmasean and let reduce a little. Once pasta is done plate it, cover with desired amount of sauce and 2-3 chicken breasts. You can make it more or less healthy depending on the ingredients chosen for the cream sauce. Damn im like fucking Rachel Ray…

Ghey…

Seriously though…I would NEVER stick to a diet if i couldnt find my way around a kitchen.

And thank you for the recipe, I’ll try it out.

lol…

and x3 on the previous statement.

Sorry you aren’t feeling so good Kay.

But suck it up. ;}

Rachel Ray’s good but Ingrid Hoffman is better, for Food Network hotties. Giada De laurentiis I also like.

The problem with RR is her voice is too annoying. So is her appeal with sheeple and middle america.

Ha, nice to see you keeping a log.

Waiting for strength and mass results…
