I just tore my bicep at the elbow joint. Seems like a complete tear to me. This just happened about an hour ago while Thai boxing. I’m icing it now and will start looking for a good ortho in the morning.
I was wondering if anyone on here has any recommendations for a surgeon around the Tampa Bay area who specializes in this type of reattachment or who is very familiar with it? Thanks in advance!
Is it totally detached and “rolled” up your arm?

I can’t help with the surgeon recommendation, but I did this some years ago. Get it fixed in the first week if you can and after you’ve healed from the surgery you’ll likely not notice any difference between arms. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Yes. It’s rolled up. Didn’t really hurt when it happened but I’m definitely feeling it now (morning after)
