Great job on the deadlift PR, you’re progress is looking unstoppable right now - really enjoying watching you make these gains lol.
If you don’t mind me asking, where are studying? Would be sweet to train together at some point, if you’d be up for that.
EDIT: No hard feelings at all if you don’t want to give out that info/meet up with a stranger you met on the internet - I’d totally get it lol.[/quote]
Thanks, I study in Ayr where are you abouts in Scotland?

I’m in the NW of England atm. Hope to move back to the motherland in August though.
Dingied 531 again today to max out on bench, which put me in an even shitter mood. Should have gotten that 120k.
I guess i’m just expecting somewhat exceptional results from myself rather than realistic within the given timeframe, I should be content considering I have hit 2 of my 3 starting goals for 2013 on this log…yet one can’t help but feel smothered by mediocrity.
Bench
50k x 5
60k x 3
80k x 3
100k x 1
110k x 1
115k x 1
120k x 0
60k x 15 reps x 3 sets
Incline Bench
60k x 10 reps x 2 sets
50k x 12 reps x 2 sets
40k x 15 reps x 2 sets
You’re looking bigger in general as well as leaner (granted the beard standard has fallen).
I don’t know if you were looking to be a lot bigger by now, but considering you dropped a ton of weight and got impressively lean and are now being smart about adding size, what you’ve achieved is far from mediocre.
PS, seeing what I can rep 110kg for on front squats Tuesday - hit that double yet?

Yeah Rattle, you’re basically the same weight but much leaner, lot more cut. Very good progress. That was a long cut man, and you haven’t been back in gaining mode for all that long. Enjoy the journey, don’t be so hard on yourself or expect huge changes overnight…I’ve always liked the quote that goes something like “People overestimate what they can accomplish in one year, but underestimate what they can accomplish in 10 years.” I know you’re in the game for the long haul, you’re gonna be a beast!

Thanks for the kind words, I was feeling sorry for myself (hell, I still am lol).
How is your dieting going btw?
I’ve stll not even done it for a single :(, yet tonight is legs and I will be testing Front Squat max and I will smite that demon.

Thanks for chiming in, I really do appreciate it. It’s just disheartening training with a PED user making all kinds of gainz lol :/.
That was a great quote btw, going to write it down on my gym board!
