Thanks! Hulk strength is good but apparently it’s not always pretty. The deadlift actually caused me to grunt/growl/yell a bit at lockout. Those last couple of inches were harder than they looked.

I think I had a little more in me, but not much. We’ll find out in about 13 weeks as long as I don’t run into any problems. I plan to start up a new cycle of SGSS the week of May 25th. I have bicycle training all week next week for work so I don’t know if I’ll get my lifting in. We’ll see how much energy I have in the evenings.
