Fucking doughnuts, just go ahead and choke yourself.
You are justifying eating shit.
STFU pal. nobody gives a fuck how hardcore you are. I hope you enjoy eating chicken breast and broccoli on your wedding day, while the rest of the guests enjoy the wedding cake. Because there’s absolutly no justification for “eating shit” right?
Have fun staying home on Friday night eating your cottage cheese and peanut butter while your friends (assuming you have any) go out and enjoy themselves at a nice restaurant.
They’re all jealous of how clean your diet is though, right?

You seem to care. You have fun when you are in the hospital getting your foot cut off because of the diabetes.

Sounds like my typical breakfast, though I usually have my oats in a bowl, and drink my whey to wash it down. I have a decent bracket of time in the morning though.
To everyone that had something useful to say, thanks. If it ever happens again, I’m going to eat what’s available.
Oh, and ironically, donuts and other high sugar foods kill my stomach in the morning. I don’t know why but they make me sick. So for those telling me to “go fuckin choke on my donuts” you’re not far off. But you should still probably get some therapy.

I’m not gonna get into it with you because I don’t want to hijack the OP’s thread anymore than it already has been.
However, I believe it would be to your benefit to seek some psychological counseling; you clearly have food issues that should be professionally addressed.

I find myself in situations a lot where the only breakfast available is junk (i.e. donuts). I’m wondering, is it more harmful to eat the donut, or put off eating until lunch?
I can’t tell you how much this made me wonder:
“Why the fuck are you posting in this forum?”
But the more helpful side of me says:
Neither is acceptable AT ALL - Use your brain and get up a few mins earlier (or prep the night before). Hell even a handul of nuts would be a step up from your current situation.
