I have a training log I just started if you want to check it out.
I cannot diet for shit. I’m born to be a fat bastard. I basically try to out train a shitty diet. At the beginning of my log I documented a diet that last about a week - lol.
I’m pretty much the opposite of a hard gainer. I fucked around with a million programs but for the past year and a half, I primarily have stuck to full body, compound lifts. I do little to no isolation stuff except curls (guns baby). I alternate between heavy days and volume days. I basically do 6 lifts, bench (incline / flat), squat, deadlifts, standing OHP, clean and press, curls, and farmers walks. Farmers walks are my favorite by the way - with a trap bar. I do some conditioning work with medicine balls and the rowing machine for cardio because I hate running and treadmills. I also throw a log around in my yard - just put a pic of it in my training log.
I try to eat clean but have my far share of pizza and wings. Beer is my nemisis but I can’t give it up. I try to limit it but my definition of limit is not in line with accepted guidelines of not being a binge drinker. Gotta have your vices I guess.

Since I’m tanned at the moment you guys get to see me scowl at my own reflection 6’ 220lbs on the way down to 200lbs. And yes, I did try to tan the Bat symbol into my leg

After making a push to an all-time bodyweight high of 201, I’m now shooting to get leaner than I’ve ever been by the time we go to Cancun in October to celebrate the 40th birthdays.

I wouldn’t say I like or dislike them, but I think they’re fine. I don’t notice much of a difference between the Romaleos, Vibrams, or Chucks when deadlifting to be honest.
