That is amazing to have that sort of open space at a commercial gym. I would love that at my place instead of the place packed with machine after machine, so much that is it a shin minefield just to move from one side of the gym to the other.
Hit 366x4 on conventional deads a few weeks ago. I’ve managed to lose a whooping 5 pounds too… >_<

Boom! Nice set-up by they way…
Thanks man. It’s starting to come along nicely.
Amazing setup! Very jealous.
Thanks! If you have the space I say go for it. I love it! It’s a bit of an investment up front, but it’s really not that bad. I sunk about $2,500 in it initially and am probably close to 4k now (not counting the treadmill). Break even is like 5-7 years depending on your membership fee. You could easily spend less though. The oly bar and bumpers weren’t cheap (Although they were on sale). You could build a cheap platform too.
On a side note, anyone got a new bosu ball setup I can sell. Or like some herb or supplement from Asia? I got some pretty good before and after pics I would hate to waste by saying barbells and hard work get you in shape. Gotta make that money money.

Predator program perhaps?
Good work buddy.
On a serious note: may I ask what program you did/are doing? And what diet you followed to obtain your amazing transformation?
Not as lean as I’d planned to be by this time this year. A big move and then a hectic period with work meant that training wasn’t a priority for two months of this year.
I’m seeing some gains, though. Slow improvements in physique while eating at maintenance (around 3000 cals) and staying around 110kg (242lbs). I’m eating mostly low carb but I do carb the fuck up the day before and of a hard squat day. I got flabby around April but have tightened up a bit since.
Strength is going well. DL hasn’t moved as much as I’d hoped (got 200kg at Xmas and would like another 10-20kg by year’s end), but currently half way through the Russian Squat routine. I’ve been working on my hip mobility for ages so its good to be able to finally do back squats. Reps are going up on OHP but 1RM is reluctant to budge, haven’t tested bench in ages but I think I’ll be able to beat my previous max next time I do.
After the Russian Squat Routine I’m hesitating between fat loss or maybe another movement specific block.
