going from subscribing to this thread to blocking Jtown. I don’t ever want to see another post from him. Screw the support he’s getting in here, he knew EXACTLY what the opportunity/commitment was. And on top of that, I’m convinced a great diet and workout plan would have benefited him within the context of the sport he claims to love so much. How could dedication to diet and training run counter to his goals in lax? This is just laziness, and I hope he realizes that sooner rather than later.
ugh, i sort of feel the same way, but did not want to pile on this kid, cuz, you know, kids are stoopid.

but ya, to wastes Z’s time all the time knowing he was not committed is pretty shitty, maybe all the negative reactions will be a good lesson for him and an opportunity to grow as a human and a man.
This, he’s just a kid making a mistake, we all have and all do from time to time.

DAMN STRAIGHT! I really wanted to see what Z could do with a skinny newb. Was planing on stealing all the info, appying to myself in order to get swole, then conquer the world. Thanks alot Jtown facepalm

Well I feel stupid voting for him, sorry ZRAW… Still appreciate the fact that you’re still doing it with
Chobbs.

Am I the only one that thinks he just freaked out when he saw what a structured meal plan actually looks like for the first time and went a runnin?

Definitely takes some figuring out in order to prepare all that consistently. Took me many months to figure out how to not cook every free minute I had.
