Kinda forgotten about this log, other things have been consuming my life but pretty much I’ve decided to swap my MWF weights schedule too 5 days a week split looking like this

monday - chest/shoulders/tri’s
tuesday - back/bi’s
wedsnesday - legs
thursday - chest/shoulders/tri’s
friday - back/bi’s

i’ve decided I really need to bring my shoulders, lat width and triceps up so hopefully this split will help

I’ve been slacking on leg work because I had stitches in my lower back until yesterday and anytime I did squats, leg press or lunges it put pressure on it, so i had too stop

on friday i tried benching properly again, i couldnt get 110kg for 1, so hopefully i can bring my bench back up in the next couple of weeks, just need to get the muscle memory working, so hopefully two days a week of benching first off will help that

I’m getting a lot of comments from people, saying that I’m losing a lot of weight, my arms are looking awesome, lost my gut etc. kind of a unmotivater at times. It’s also good I guess too see other people taking notice of my body composition changes.

On Saturday I started noticing something weird too me, girls have started checking me out and it was blatantly obvious Saturday night at the pub, a girl with her boyfriend was continually watching me. It’s weird and too be honest I don’t really like the feeling.

Hopefully i only have another 5kg too lose until I’m ripped, wont be updating with pictures till saturday morning because I want too see a noticeable difference

until then I’m going to order some more HOT-ROX(been off them since a week and a half ago)

New photo’s as of 5 minutes ago, not sure if they show a difference or not, but i have weigh in probs in the next hour or so

ok umm not happy at the moment, my weigh in this morning was 96kg :S

HOT-ROX came yesterday so ill start another month cycle and i guess up the fish oil in take , apart from that i dunno what too say, maybe i put muscle on this week? maybe its because last night i didn’t have chile which is usually a good clean out.

maybe its because i didn’t go to the toilet this morning. who knows? I was thinking about it the whole time I was doing cardio this morning but cant be fixated on the fact I didn’t lose scale weight. I cant let the doubts control me only thing i can do is get back to it

tommorow will be a carb up day, and i will have some junk food and a couple of beers. this will be the last carb up day i have until september 10th(my birthday).

FYI my leg session on wedsnesday has caused me too still be in pain

leg press (not sure how many different sets I did, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it ended up around 10)

  • wont bother with thursdays session, was at a different gym(future gym) but it was bench, sitting barbell shoulder press, dips, dips machine and pec deck

well what a day yesterday was, complete carb up/junk food day. I’m suffering the next morning though, my body isn’t accustomed to processed food anymore. I used this day to get rid of any cravings I’ve had the past couple of weeks in summary this is what I had, although not all of what i had

1 choc mint krispy kreme donut
1 mcaustralia burger(was ass cheeks)
1 mcasia wrap(again pretty dissapointing)
1 packet of cheesels
1 cappachino
1 can of mother(energy drink)
4 party sausage rolls(tiny portions)
1 coke
1 carlsberg beer
1 glass of some champagne
1 of the smallest slices of chocolate cake i’ve ever had
2 small roast potatoes
250-300 grams of roast lamb
1 liter of full cream milk
1 liter of goats milk
1.5 liters of water

  • thats everything i had, i started writing out then thought fuck it ill just put it all in

  • from this point on no cheating til september 10th, then no cheating until the day of my 21st celebrations

  • i took HOT-ROX this morning full dose on an empty stomach, some how i dont think i’ll be sleeping much tonight, cant wait too hit the gym tonight, I’m real motivated again to hit the iron. just in good spirits however the HOT-ROX’s is making me less hungry - not sure if this is cause of all the processed crap i ate yesterday or the HOT-ROX

  • for breakfast this morning i had a massive peice of baramundi(was great), tonight for after gym and for dinner i got 750grams of basa fillets too cook up that I cant wait to get stuck into

weighed in at 94.5kg this morning…

haven’t updated in a while, still on my cut for about two weeks I’ve had too slow down my gym sessions because of a hurt lower back, its starting too feel good, still leaning up imo, however I have brought back in fruits so for added fiber and just something to spice things up
