when i came home from the lounge last night i had two cans of tuna and included it in this calculation, tommorow it’ll be time to take new pics, hopefully there is some visual improvement, i weighed myself this morning and i was sitting at 101kg down from 105, i’m assuming the majority of the weight loss was from water and glycogen depletion, goal is to get too 90kg and hopefully i’ll be looking halfway decent
New pictures taken this morning 1 week after starting my diet, i’m a little confused as there doesnt seem to much change, yet when i look in the mirror i think i look a little more trim, these pics dont really show it i believe, i’ll be back later tonight with the official weigh in and diet break down
had a brutal cardio session this morning, havent sweated that much in ages, was the standard half hour, was really tired today, slept fairly average last night, cant wait for monday get my carb refeed, going to be having some sushi in the AM and then some spaghetti bolognaise for dinner after my workout, should be good, tommorow will be having a biggish session at gym looking to go heavy on deadlifts
Your numbers look good, except for your lagging squat (mine is low too, relative to my other low lifts). So you’re not happy with your pics when they were only a week apart?! Well my bulking pics after 6-7 weeks showed only a very slight transformation (and it’s even worse since you see yourself everyday, hence no difference can be detected day to day). Give it time…
Also, since you’re cutting, have you thought about doing circuits at all, or are you just eating less and keeping the workouts the same as before the cut (no doubt you won’t PR every time either since you’re barely getting 2500 kcal and you’re what 200lbs-ish?).

yeah taken a week apart, at the moment i’m around 220-223lbs, i started out 235lbs was hovering around 230 just before starting my cut. I’m looking at getting too around 200 then determine wat to do next, i’m looking at getting too 9-10%.
Yeah my squat is terrible and my deadlift should be higher but i didnt really start squatting til last year (properly) and when i squat every rep is ass to calf, a lot of people barely scratch what would be legal so i’m guessing that’s why there able to increase it so much, oh well no need to worry about what others are doing i guess as long as i keep doing it my way and getting gains
cals should be higher because i am getting more fiber its just fitday doesnt like the calculations on the atkins bars i eat, getting about 20-30grams a day, this is all taken in by whole foods, havent had a protein shake in over a week, might have one tommorow. looking in the mirror before shower i reckon im looking better hopefully this weeks pics show it a bit better, yesterday i got two comments at work about how im losing weight so thats good i guess
