Did 2x3 with 360 on front squats. I think I’ll attempt a max when I can do that with 445.

Indeed.

This was set 1 of 5 at 225lb/102kg. I think I should add weight and tone it down to 3-4 sets. When I do this with 405, I’ll be strong.

I wonder how well this complex will work for hypertrophy. It’s 6 total reps per set, still pretty heavy for each move, and still very fast. We shall see how my back feels tomorrow.

Got an internship doing stuff. Documentary stuff. I’ll be able to go to a real gym in a month or so…
