Did this yesterday:
Then narrowly missed the catch on 300.
It turns out I had to be the one to figure it out.
Why did I injury my achilles?
I have flat feet.
Almost a year and a half of bullshit, and all I need are inserts…
On a lighter note, this happened:
Box was about 8 inches high, maybe 9.
135x3
225x3
315x2
405x1
432x1
455x1
This was my 3rd day in a row squatting heavy.
Bodyweight: 255lb

I have the same problem. Was told to get inserts by my doc over 7 years ago. Still haven’t gotten inserts.

Well I’d like to function optimally, so I will.

I’ll make a mental note to do so as well.
I promise I’ll resurrect this thread soon. I’m actually making a spreadsheet with all my current training/diet/etc, because I can.
Today did:
-Clean And Push Jerk/Mid Shin: 6 Singles With 240.
-Snatch/Mid Shin: 4 Singles With 180.
-Back Squat/ATG: 315x5x3 (Taking It Easy)
-Zercher Goodmornings/Round Back: 135x5x10 (Getting The Technique Down; Goota Keep It Tight When My Lower Back Is Purposely Rounded)
-Pullups/Overhand: 5x8
-DB Incline: 80x5x8
I need to do more pullups/bench more often, I’ve done more pullups than that when I was 20lb heavier…
^Those ampersands brah. They’re the devil.
Have you breached any walls yet?

Not sure why you asked that, but sadly, no.
Did 6 singles with 350# on the front squat. Definitely had at least 8, but meh, I don’t care.
Employing round-back and beltless deadlifts/goodmornings to improve my lower back, my aparant weak point in my deadlift. I don’t remember the last time my lower back was sore.
You gonna compete soon?
CS
Personally I highly doubt that you have a weak back in any sense of the word. If anything I would think that a lack of DOMS would imply a strong-point. I’m not sure if intentionally rounding the low back to induce soreness would be a very good idea. I’d think that more beltless work per se would suffice.
But hey, you can do whateva the FUCK you wanna do! (lol hodgetwins)

It’s always uncertain for me, either I can’t find anything close, nobody wants to take me, or I’m injured. I’m not injured, so it’ll probably wind up being one of the other 2.

It’s not really soreness I’m looking for, that prolly has to do with more volume being done (5x3-5, as apposed to my normal singles), I’ve just noticed from taking videos when I fail, that my speed is fine, but my back rounds mid shin. I’m not rounding on purpose, as much as I’m not arching either. Gonna run that for 3 weeks (2 left), than prolly just 3 weeks beltless/good form, than add back in my belt. I still see 700, or at the very least, 675, by Christmas.
Fuck da’ police.
Just looked, NOTHING in either PL or SM that’s even remotely close.
Hip flexor tightness, need to work on that, back squatting feels odd.
