505 Touch-Box Squat. I was a little to high, should have used 4 as apposed to 5 steps.
Fucked yup my first attempt, set the safeties to high. This was my second attempt.

I feel like general shit…
I may take 1-2 weeks off with 1-2 weeks of more endurance work after.

seems highly excessive, I’m sure a deload week would suffice. unless it’s more of a mental then physical thing, in which case, just train in whatever way you enjoy for awhile
Nah, that tendon is seriously acting up again, I need to give it some time.

You do look leaner, especially from the back and side. Just got to keep it up.
Thanks bro.
Pressing:
4 singles on strict press with 205. Started to get pretty easy after the 3rd single.
Did some high rep Klokov Presses (80 for 6-8 sets of 15 with 80lb). SO MUCH LATERAL DELT. A little trap, but SO MUCH LATERAL HEAD.
Did some Hammer Strength Incline for high reps; managed 8 with 3 plates per side.
Did some smith machine JM presses, which wind up closer to the extension side of the scale, but whated.
Some pullups.
Left.
Seemed pretty…legit.
YEEEAAAAAAAAH…
Welp, I should be haveing surgery on the tendon in a few weeks, I should’ve done this in the first place.
The doc was pretty convinced that I had no injury, just pain, so I said fuck it. MRI and a appointment with a podiatrist…
Either way, this was yesterday:
Easy. I gotta try those again soon. How do you feel they compare to conventional pulls from a deficit in terms of difficulty?

Well, they hit my balls. Also, they’re harder off the floor. And my glutes and upper back are fried as fuck today!

Hang Clean High Pull: 215x3
Did 8x10 Front Squats with 185, I was that dead that my goal was 10x10, and that was all I had in me.
5x10 Dips
Back Work
Active recovery and agility type stuff.
