Look at Dave Tate’s stuff on deadlifting. And watch the big pullers. Do a tonne of heavy singles/doubles, Bennie’s routine looks smart.

Thanks man, I’m about 267 now after 2 days of eating like shit before I start going super strict again for a while on Sunday.

Today did some 1 dumbbell jerks. Got 7 per arm with 110. Gonna try to get 8 with 115 next time.

Also, been looking at Chad Coy’s “Turn Off The Governor” program lately, seems fairly high volume to me, but I’m tempted to try it because…

Pulls were shit, still can’t budge anything. I think I’ll spend some time doing deficit pulls, maybe add 50lb to it, and alternate it with rack pulls.
