Maybe somewhere around their I’ll get a sponsor.

Did:
Push Press: 5x1 @ 280; not to hard. 225x5 afterward.
Deadlift: 540 @ 5x1; fucking brutal.
Some lateral delts.
Some Curls.

Friday, that 585 is coming up for a fucking double or I’l kill a hooker.

Did:
Floor Press: Hit 315, bombed 335…
Zercher From Below Knee: Got 405, bombed 455:

Did some face pulls
20 minutes cardio

I bombed a 320 push pres mere inches from lockout…

BUT

I actually got it for TWO singles, but only recorded this one.

WOOT

I think 600 is a safe bet next week!

Ha, yeah. I believe the biggest pull is by a 198-er, 644.75, Ian Bell.

Ian Bell’s a beast. Already beating his old man’s pull in comp @ 18.

Did:

1 Arm DB Press:
R 5-1-1-1-1-1-1 @ 120
L 4-1-1-1-1-1-1 @ 120
R 1 @ 125
L 1 @ 125

Continental Cleans:

135x1
185x1
225x1
275x1
315x1 !

Nice work on the CCs. Where are you looking to go with those?

As far as humanly possible, then about 20lb past that.
But 365 in the short-term.

Beastmode. Nice cleaning.

Thanks mate.
Also happy birthday.

Thanks man. Need to get as strong as possible whilst I can still compete in 20-23 PL class over here… just under 3 more years though.

Did:
A few sets of dips, fucked up my shoulder. Got a 45 for 10.
Did Box Squats: 315 for 10x1.
Did some face pulls.
Did some triceps.

Heavy dips are cool but are accompanied with great risk. Tread with care my friend. Hope the shoulder’s nothing serious.
