The video speaks for itself…
Got this with (1) a fucked up shoulder (2) a mad cold (3) back felt like shit from sneezing non-stop.
What you’re body tells you is a lie.

Awesome PR. You really are going to be breaking a lot of records at this rate.

Thanks man, looking to break this thread so I can write “Journey To an 800 Deadlift!”
I felt like I should have done 605-610, but I tried 605 and bombed. After this deload weak I’ll be doing my floor deadlifts for 10x1 @ 90% or so, alternating with max 16" another week.
Barring injury, I have 700 in the bag my Halloween, and that’s conservative.
I’ll make sure to make that a big celebration, maybe rip off a tank-top or something.
Nice

DO IT!!!
Love your confidence… but with your rate of progression and knowledge of injuries/setbacks you’ve gained, it’s pretty realistic for you to gain so fast. Seeing younger guys killing it so much definitely reinforces that I have no excuses to not get to where I want to be ASAP.

Not my fault bro, you just keep forgetting to re-factor your lagrangian when determining the proper force curve.

A2G, beltless and viking roar. That was the perfect way to nail 405. Very inspiring… seems like your on top of your game right now.

Hell yeah lol.
Today did a heavy(er) metcon (like CrossFit):
3 Rounds (Wanted 5): I call it S&S (Squat & Snatch)
225 ATG FS
65x5 per arm dumbbell snatch
I practically had a heart attack lol. I had to sit for like 5 minutes before unloading the bar.
This, I think, will by my preferred method of cardio, and with the limited equipment I have, event training. Probably 2x a week.
Goal for S&S:
5 Rounds in 5 minutes:
275x5 ATG FS
80x5 per hand snatch
Probably gonna have the second one be more event focused like maybe:
5 Rounds in 5 minutes: I’ll call it, Strong in a Hurry
205x5 Hang Continental
100x5 DB Push Press
315x100ft Farmers Walk
After I accomplish these event training/metcons, I’ll just add weight.
Strong in a Hurry tomorrow.

Are you still 16? Or did you turn 17?
Stupid strong lifting man. Cool to see someone else my age (17) up in here. Following fo sho.
