Sorry I haven’t been on in a while. I hit a 365 front squat today:

Nice

Dude this is an awesome PD. I am rooting for yuh on your pursuit to the 700 club.

You and I actually have very similar stats xD.

Wow. Serious stuff. A2G beltless 365 front squat is no joke. You still “cutting”? Also, did clean grip come naturally or have you had to work for it? I find the heavier I go the harder flexibility becomes on them, not sure why that would be.

Then those pressing numbers in your log better be in kgs, not lbs lol

Thanks though

I find that I can’t go ATG with a powerlifting belt, so no belted squatting I guess.

I started to use the clean grip because the California (cross-arm) grip started to choke me around the 1st time I hit 275.

And yeah, I discovered Nutella, but I’m back cutting. 279 right now. Can’t take measurements, I lost my tape measure.

Will take pictures though.

I’m takeing another stab at a Bulgarian style split.

Yesturday I hit 275x4 on flat bench (have been benched close grip for a while, now I realize me chest/delts are the weakest link, by a long shot), 455 for 2x1, the 1st was ATG, the 2nd parallel. Did som rows, flies, pullovers and triceps.

Today I’m looking for a semi-max (maybe 90%) Push Press, Max Deadlift, some shoulder work, and some biceps work.

Went in, did some forearms (wrist roller), calves, abs, obliques, and cardio. Pressing/Deadlifting tomorrow.

Did:
265x2 Push Press, easy.
465 deadlift for 10x1 for speed/technique.
Some Pullups.
Some Curls.
Some Cardio.

How are you healing up?

Really well I’d say. I will occasionally feel pain in the area, but only after training calves, or prolonged inactivity. It most definitely dropped a grade (not sure were it started, but say Grade 2 to Grade 1).

I think this high frequency, and definitely the recovery week will elicit some increase in adaptive ability. Gonna come out of this with bigger, stronger, thicker tendons than before.

Did:
Dips: got 20 at BW, and 8 with a 53lb kettlebell; 10 total sets
Anderson Quarter Squats (17): 8 total sets

495x2

585x1

Face Pulls: 40-130lb; 10 sets; 12-20 reps

Anderson are fun. How much weight can the bars at your gym fit?

Probably 855 if I don’t use clips.
