How’s your leg?

It’s doing really well, hit a 285 push press, and just missed the lockout on 305 on Wednesday. Gonna get it on Monday. So it feels well.

On another note, on July 8th in NJ, I may participate in the “Jersey Shore Stronggman Beach Bash 2” hosted by Bigg Dogg Strongg. It’s close, on a Sunday, and is gold level. My only worry is that I’ll never go to nationals even if I get invited, because I’d need to go to Mississippi…

Being invited and hitting PRs would still be awesome for the future… hope you keep this log going man

Had nobody to tape it, but I got a 305 push press. I felt another rep, but since I no longer have bumpers, I wasn’t taking the chance. 310 next week.

About 285 currently. Soon when walking and shit, I’ll start a cut; wanna get down to 260ish, well adding some size. I got super inspired by a picture of Derek Poundstone on his FB page yesterday, at 330 with visible abs/intercostals. Looks bigger/leaner then Mariusz ever was. So, I will get lean.

Squatted today. Did 275x8, and sadly, it felt hard. Needs to get stronger.

A bar collar broke off in my gym; I know have a free EFS Stone Trainer. Awesomeness shall soon ensue.

I watched some of your videos today. You have the potential to be at least a top 25 competitor one day, irregardless of your form. Fucking pissed me off. Thanks.

If you ever feel like going down to Southside Iron to train I make a trip out there a couple times every 1 or 2 months. I know I especially and the gym would legitimately benefit from having a training partner with your potential. Hit me up in the summer months if your interested

Trained something akin to the block press with plates loaded on a bar collar; only got 170x5. Nothing special, but I gotta put up a 250 block in that meet…
