Joints of the Body

So I was thinking, joints and aesthetics.

I find bigger hip joints are the worst for bodybuilding. The same goes for thick ankles/wrists and knees/elbows.

Ofcourse you can’t change that but what are ways to hide those features?

Do what has always worked. Add more muscle every where.
