All that fighting is what is going to drive the gains. You have migrated from less weight with more reps to heavy weight with fewer reps. Jim would be proud.
We are all just prolonging resets. Eventually it has to happen. But I think the intention (just my take) is, like with 5x5, you keep going up until you actually fail to hit prescribed reps. Then you reset.
I think that we get so used to doing lots of reps and exceeding prescribed reps that we forget the benefits of 1-3 ball busting reps. Hell, a lot of programs never go over 3 reps.[/quote]

Yeah, its the biggest reason I don’t post more videos of my pulls. I have short arms, short legs and a long torso that all combine to produce somewhat embarassing deadlift and rack pull videos.
