Long story short.
Was fat 5’ 11"- 295lbs
Now not 5’ 11"- 165.
Six weks out from inguial hernia surgery and rehabing a bad case of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.
That aside its fainally time to add some size after dropping fat for what seems like forever. We’ll see how much I can add at 41.
Lift M-W-F
Run Tue-Thurs
Routine Doggcrapp inspired…
rp= rest paused, ss= straight set
Todays:
HS Incline Press 250lbs 10,6,4 rp
BB Shrugs 225lbs 10,8,6 rp
OH Rope Press 70lbs 12,10,8 rp
HS High Row 100lbs/side 8,4,2 rp
Ghetto t-bar rows 145lbs 10 ss
All sets include DC stretches and static holds.
Time to see just how big 41 can get.
good luck with the recovery. had my own hernia surgery about a year and a half ago. area remained tender for longer than i thought. doing squats again now.
Congratulations on dropping the weight.
I think at 41 you still have much potential left.

Thanks guys, its an odd feeling to be upping my calories at this point but its better than droping them.

WOW…that’s terrific! Welcome
6 mile run a month and a half after surgery. no way i could have done that - i think i got butchered.

Standing Calf Raises 235lbs 14 ss

Took it a bit easy on the SLDL’s, not really wanting to split my newly installed mesh so soon after surgery.

I don’t care about your little girly mesh installation, I know you can go heavier then that!
