Thanks Sd and OG, I’m really trying but its a struggle sometimes.

I got no sleep at all last night. My black and white cat, Fenris, is almost certainly dying and I stayed up all night with him trying to get him to eat and drink. I considered skip today but i really needed something else to focus on just for a bit. Just an all around sucky day.
My little buddy died last night after 15 great years. Tonight for the first time in those 15 years he won’t be waiting for me when I get home from work. Its not going to be a good night.
I know some people may disagree, but I don’t believe in any sort of pet morning period before getting a new family member. We went and picked out a new puppy three days after I lost my first girl, Chloe, to cancer. My wife and I were both just sick about losing her. The new puppy, Riley, didn’t make it all better, but having a new familiy member did make it a lot better.
Thanks guys, we have other pets but they tend to like my wife more than me. Fenris was mine though, but i do think I’ll me getting a dog at some point down the road. I miss having a puppy.
Cycle 5-Week 2-Day 3
Bench
3x175
3x200
4x225* very disappointing
5x10x150
Rack Pulls
5x10x445
Hs Ab Cr
5x10x105
Bench was horrible, I felt weak and unsteady. I started the AD last week so the utter lack fo carbs might be the cause and I might just need to reset my numbers.
Joe, Sorry to hear about Fenris (is that for Fenris the wolf…norse mythology?). Losing a member of the family is never easy, even if a furry one. When I lost Jewel (Calico) I was devastated. She had been a stray taken in by my brother. She moved in with my Dad, when my brother went on deployment. Then moved out to OK to live with me. She was definitely a part of the family. She was always at the door waiting for me…slept by my head every night.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the AD is causing it. The AD and Atkins obliterate me. I can’t do’em. If you are like most folks, though, a few days and you’ll feel normal again.

Yep Strick, he’s named after the Fenris wolf, the wolf that swallows the sun at Ragnarok. He was a fierce little guy.

Form was not as good as it has been and honestly I’m not sure I can squat the 250 next week at anywhere near good form. We’ll see I guess. Did order kneeves to help with stiffness.
Thanks guys, hel the AD is designed for weight lifting so you are supposed to lift while on it.

I’m going to up my cals as I think i cut them too much and see how that feel. I really just wanted to burn off some carb bloat from the holidays and I’ve already done that.
Joe, I gave up trying to stay strong and lose fat at the same time. I’m doing a fat loss cycle and then a clean bulking cycle. Its to hard (for me) to do both at the same time. Training is looking strong.
