Always great to break a century mark. 405 is soon. Damn, if I’d been doing any running I’d love to enter that. Think I could use a golf cart between obstacles? Gotta to say, I really like the way you’re involved in a variety of different things. The lifting, the sword fighting, now this. Way to enjoy yourself.
Joe- Awesome pullin’ man! There is going to be a lot more than 405 in 2010…great job

Thanks guys, I’m looking forward to the first time I do pull 405. Of course a minute later I’ll want 450 but thats how it goes.
I’m not the biggest fan of distance runnning either, hel. I can’t just make my self run a normal 5k but when you add all of the other stuff in well thats to good to pass up. Flag football and sled sprints keep me in decent running shape so I’ll only do a bit more of it for a few months.
I’m doing the dash with a female friend of mine so we will pace each other and not worry so much about time as just finishing and enjoying it.
I’ve decided I’m going to plan on resetting my maxes in April and do a quick body fat drop that first month when I’m pulling higher reps, nothing big though just a few pounds off the waist line. That should dovetail nicely with the dash three weeks into May and I know if I keep it short it doesn’t affect my lifting.
Then I’m going to start looking for APA meets relatively close by and give competing a go.
Sounds like a pretty good year shaping up.
Sounds like you have a really full plate in the works. I’ll be looking forward to following along
Thanks JW, A lot of it is I just bore easy.

Due to a scheduling foul up this is the third week in row I’ve had to lift three straight days in a row without a break. Hopefully I’ll be back to having a break on Wednesday next week.
nice work Joe.
you have made some great progress in the last few months.
from where are you setting up those rack pulls?
that is some great pulling volume.
Im betting 4 plates is sooner vs later.

Indeed! Especially the competing part. That really sounds like fun.
P.S. Thanks for the t-bar row video. I’m scheming to rig that up.
Damn Joe, for lifting 3 straight those numbers look good!
JG, you’re groovin’ over here. Nice work buddy!
Solid lifting.

I am pulling from just above the knee cap since I’m using it as a primarily back exercise.
Thanks SD and Fischer, just trying to catch you guys.

Nice job, Joe. I need to figure out when everyone does deads, so I can skip their log that day. Seeing DLs x anything over 5 just hurts to even read.
