No Oly lifter booty shorts girl today but the redheaded booy shorts girl was there doing lunges. Sometimes its nice to lift at a University gym.

Joe, the rack pull volume is absolutely insane. Great lifting.

Yeah, I miss my old gym, but only because of the scenery it had.

There are no booty shorts in my gym I feel jipped! I want my money back…Oh wait, no I dont…based on what is walking around the gym 5am…booty shorts would not be good.

Form is continuing to improve though its not where I want it. I need another exercise to insert in here to hit quads but I can’t make up my mind about one. Because Monday is a holiday I have to lift in the morning, hopefully I won’t stuff it up.

It appears that the booty-liciousness of your gym makes up for the brotard factor. :slight_smile:

nice work… bulgarian split squats or reverse db lunges both great for legs

Kimba, that is true but the booty goodness is hit or miss but the brotard is with you always

I might give the bulgarian split squats a go and try not to kill my self.

hel, I just use the cable maching and set it to just above knee level and pull through a bit like DLing.

So I was a bit unhappy with 6 reps on the money set so I tossed a 25 on each side and after a rest pulled it. I mean BARELY pulled it and it started down almost instantly but I’m pretty sure it was a good lock out.
