Yep Kevin, honestly the concussin hurt a lot worse than the nose though. When i finish lifting for the day I hate it but whne I look at the number I love the new routine.

Friday- Ham Legs and Triceps

Deadlifts 275 5,5,5 Tr:15
Deficit Deads 235 5,5,5,5,5 TR: 25
Leg Press 590 8,8,8 TR: 24
CG Bench 205 5,5,5,5,4 TR: 24
V-bar Pressdowns 100 8,8,8 TR: 24

Well gonna move everything up next time if I can. Gym is closed Monday so I will have to do all four days back to back next week. Blarg.

This session almost killed me.

Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. Maybe I need to get knocked around a bit. Seems to help your workouts. Way to keep going.

Thanks guys, Eco I am following a program called “Baby got Back” that I have tweaked the hell out of because I cannot refrain from doing that to programs. I’m hoping to pulls up my lagging spots.

Also possibly the single hottest woman I have ever seen came into the gym and started doing Stiff Leg Deads and Bulgarian Split Squats. I literally had to turn my back to her so that I wouldn’t state in awe.

Nice job on the rack pulls. That would have me fried right there, but you were able to go on to pressing some more.
