Come DCA, You are pulling some really serious numbers. A lot more than my piddly stuff. Thanks anyway though, it IS improving if slowly.

Tuesday- Quads and Biceps

Squat 225 5,5,5,4,4 TR: 23
24" Bow squats 185 8,8,8 TR: 24
GM’s 175 8,8,7 TR: 23
BB Curls 115 5,4,4,3,3 TR: 19
EZ Preacher Curls 90 8,8,8 TR: 24
No way - deadlift eats me alive and I can only do a few of them. I’d call it a day @ 455x5x1 set and have done so in the not so distant past.

Monday- Chest and Back

Bench 225 4,4,4,3,3 TR: 18
Rack Pull 455 5,5,5,5,5 TR: 25
T-bars from the floor 190 8,8,8 TR: 24
DB bench Press 90 8,8,6 TR: 22
Floor Presses 85 5,5,5 Tr: 15

I’m just exhausted by the time I get to the floor presses and they are showing it. I need to figure out something to help that out.

Nice job on the rack pulls. That would have me fried right there, but you were able to go on to pressing some more.
x2. Really nice rack pull, JoeGood. I am envious of your curling as well. My biceps hate me…

Thanks, LS. I’m just trying to catch you strong mofo’s.

V-bar pull downs 170 8,7,7 TR: 22
Milies 120 5,5,4,4,4 TR: 22

Really hard to get good range of motion at 385.

I am giving serious consideration to changing my deads to a 3x3 but not toally convinced.

It’d be cool to see an updated avatar. I bet the current one no longer does you justice.

The ham and legs workout! Great job!

Okay DCA here you go, an update avatar. I can’t tell much difference and the pic sucks but hey I tried.

Thanks math, I’m just trying to keep up with the big boys.

After asking Dr. Meat about ramping I am giving serious thought to ramping my 5x5 in the manner he suggested.

You are moving some serious weight around. I agree with kmc on the rack pulls. Good work.

Thanks hel, it seems like things are progressing at a snails pace sometimes.

Friday- back and Triceps

Dead Lift 305 5,3,3 TR: 11 335x1(PR)
Deficit Deads 245 5,5,5,5,5 TR: 25
Leg Press 630 8,8,8 TR: 24
CG Bench 210 5,5,4,4,3 TR:21
Floor Press 85 8,7,7 TR: 22

I am destroyed, this might be a touch too much volume.

Great work JoeGood. I can see why you feel destroyed. That’s alotta work.

Thanks guys it felt really good for about 5 minutes and then I wanted 405.

Monday- Chest and Back

Bench 225 5,4,4,4,3 TR: 20
Rack Pulls 465 5,5,5,5,5 TR: 25 500x1, 600xfail
T-bars 195 8,7,6 TR: 21
DB Bench 95 6,5,5 TR: 16
Neutral grip DB Bench 70 7,6,6 TR: 19

That 600lb rack pull is within reach, I can feel it.

Great pullin’ Joe. That 100# jump is still daunting.
