I am 6 foot 1 152 lbs I am trying to get to 140 and get my vertical leap up so I can shit on everyone in professional dunking contests. For all you haters out there I squat 275 for reps might not seem like much but look at the percentage. If anyone feels like stepping I will have a booth at the next Arnold come check me out.

I have yet to see the Hulk in all required poses and holding a shoe, so this is a guesstimate, but I think he’s more like 18%-20% bf. If he dieted down he’d probably only be 175ish at best.
