So you know I eat about 1200c a day, do you think that’s too much? I make sure and check my abs after every set during the week and they’re still there so…

Im just in here to share some advice for the newbs

I ve been bulking clean for half a year and now have reached my genetical limit. i am at 123,5lbs and my friend who knows a pro BBler say that’s the natural limit for anybody at my size (6’3) to reach. I wouldnt do the bulk again though. You dont need caloric surplus to gain muscle mass! Thats a lie man! I am the living proof for that!

I use META-GIGA XPL 90000000 which is as hardcore as it gets as a pre Workout Booster.
has anybody else used this stuff? Its working like crazy man, I sometimes see stars and shit.

you have to shadow box before your workout as well!
Like this you can get a better pump = more myofibrillar hypertrophy
