Jammed Fingers

I don’t know what has changed, but this wrestling season it seems like I am constantly jamming my fingers, usually a new finger once or twice a week.

Do you guys do anything to strengthen your fingers against this type of injury? Any tips on how to recover from jammed fingers?

Its not a huge issue, but it is increasingly annoying and my fingers and hands ache all the time.

Somebody posted in a different thread that Ross Enamait of rosstraining.com said that finger-tip push-ups basically eliminated hand injuries that he suffered from boxing. That might be a good idea to add.
