Yes… Now that you bring that point up… There is one reason in particular for my daily break down of my diet… To educate all of you how to eat properly…

Just wondering if there’s any reason on Gods green earth we need to see your daily diet breakdown, continually every single day Jake. We get it by now. Just let us know you ate today eh? Raw and all, we definitely get it ok?
Jesus...this is the most amazing thread ever in the steroid forum. With all the posting you get, you'd think you discovered a successful oral based testosterone delivery system or something.
I'm honestly puzzled at the hysteria and curiosity. Ha, haaaa.....Wow!
Nice chatting w/you bro, can't wait to see what's up tomorrow!!

lol, j/k. The real reason it helps? I feel I have something to live up to by posting it on here. As you guys all know, diet determines the majority of your results. Therefore, if I don’t eat enough, I won’t gain anything.
Look forward to fulfilling your daily dietary needs.[/quote]
Well really the reason we're giving you flak is that diet shit just doesn't belong here. That goes in the supps/nutrition area, or on your personal blog actually. Of course you don't give a shit though, but that's why.
See, it’s just that you’re always coming up with the “right” answer or excuse for everything we come at you with as far as advice. It’s almost scripted and it’s annoying, and you’re right, I don’t know why we keep posting here except that at this point it actually is amusing to drop by and get a laugh every now and then. I’m just telling you the truth, and all the ridiculous training you’re doing doesn’t mesh with your current physique and knowledge. You’re actually spinning your wheels and it’s counterproductive to you gaining weight. Which is what you want to do right?
So trim the fucking Mr. Olympia wannabe from Kallamazoo routine down to basics and stop with the attempts to impress everyone with your ridiculous routine. It's indicative of someone who wants attention, period.
You have way too many exercises, sets, mindless silly reps, and the shits all over the place. No fucking wonder you don't gain weight with all your "supposed" crazy training protocol. And your diet guru...who is it now...Justin Harris right? He's got you eating all that shit?
Give me a break.
I'll leave you alone though.
Believe me when I say that. Adios and good luck.
