Jake's Pre-Cycle Log

Tone… you make my day on an almost daily basis with posts like that… hahahah

And what’s sad Jake, is that he is right. Nobody here gives a fuck about what you’re doing. You asked us for advice, refused to take any of it, and continue to eat a bunch of shit (and yes it’s shit, you don’t know the first thing about proper diet), and train like a complete bitch. All the while, you try and prove us wrong time after time to no avail.

Just give up Jake.

Yes… Now that you bring that point up… There is one reason in particular for my daily break down of my diet… To educate all of you how to eat properly…

Just wondering if there’s any reason on Gods green earth we need to see your daily diet breakdown, continually every single day Jake. We get it by now. Just let us know you ate today eh? Raw and all, we definitely get it ok?

Jesus...this is the most amazing thread ever in the steroid forum. With all the posting you get, you'd think you discovered a successful oral based testosterone delivery system or something.

I'm honestly puzzled at the hysteria and curiosity. Ha, haaaa.....Wow!
Nice chatting w/you bro, can't wait to see what's up tomorrow!!
                    TBN[/quote]

lol, j/k. The real reason it helps? I feel I have something to live up to by posting it on here. As you guys all know, diet determines the majority of your results. Therefore, if I don’t eat enough, I won’t gain anything.

Look forward to fulfilling your daily dietary needs.

Not trying to prove anybody wrong. I am doing this for myself. If this thread pisses you off so very much, why do you post here? It seems to make no fucking sense to me.

Give up posting on my thread.

Lets take a poll would the nice readers here in the S-T-E-R-O-I-D forum like to keep reading this idiotic daily “diet” and half-ass training log and see tone, world, and others stop posting. Or option 2, See Jake go and play in traffic? (this would stop this non-cycle, cycle log from taking up valuable bandwidth other T-members could be using)

Nobody is forcing any of you to click on my thread. Hell, if you don’t want to you don’t have to.

Anyways, you better start to get used to it. When my cycle starts up there well be plenty more posting than there is now.

Well really the reason we're giving you flak is that diet shit just doesn't belong here. That goes in the supps/nutrition area, or on your personal blog actually. Of course you don't give a shit though, but that's why.

See, it’s just that you’re always coming up with the “right” answer or excuse for everything we come at you with as far as advice. It’s almost scripted and it’s annoying, and you’re right, I don’t know why we keep posting here except that at this point it actually is amusing to drop by and get a laugh every now and then. I’m just telling you the truth, and all the ridiculous training you’re doing doesn’t mesh with your current physique and knowledge. You’re actually spinning your wheels and it’s counterproductive to you gaining weight. Which is what you want to do right?

So trim the fucking Mr. Olympia wannabe from Kallamazoo routine down to basics and stop with the attempts to impress everyone with your ridiculous routine. It's indicative of someone who wants attention, period.

You have way too many exercises, sets, mindless silly reps, and the shits all over the place. No fucking wonder you don't gain weight with all your "supposed" crazy training protocol. And your diet guru...who is it now...Justin Harris right? He's got you eating all that shit?

            Give me a break.

              I'll leave you alone though.

Believe me when I say that. Adios and good luck.

World gets a donation of 5lbs of meat from me for this
Look jake i also gonna take myself out of this, i might as well be talking to a suicidal guy hell bent on killing himself because thats what you resemble. Please when you die get your friend to make a thread named jakes idiocy.

Watch your blood pressure on weeks 2-3 with all that shit PLUS your body fat id be surprised if you survive it, but hey you the man apparently you know all. have fun with it.

As for diet dont make me laugh, 2 hamburgers does you for 2 meals what planet are you from ???
Unless you eat 2 times your bodyweight in lbs of protein, same with carbs and 1 time you bodyweight in GOOD fats NOT hamrger fat, then your ADDING body fat to your already top heavy frame. Further enhancing your already dangerous probabilities of a heart attack.

Training i wont even go there, whoever your roommate is, is fucking clueless ab machine excercises ???
gah i wont even be bothered.

Look i hope you dont die, but like someone said this has all the hallmarks of a train crash and you are the train.

Best of luck, hope you see some light sometime soon, i no longer post in your thread.

Corkonian.

No attention wanted here. But, if that is how you feel and if it is that annoying to you, I understand. I will quit posting that here. As for my training program, your right, I have no idea what I am fucking doing. I stick to basic exercises and try to stay away from all the other shit, but that is pretty much as deep as it goes. Also, the person helping me out is not justin harris (don’t know where you got that from).

            Stick to basic exercises??

Well you’re right about one thing, It is pretty “deep” in here. Boot wearing deep…

Oh, now where did I get the name Justin Harris from....Hmmmmm....let's see. Hold on and let me copy and paste the pm for you to refresh your memory. If mine serves me right you dropped Justins name like your guy was in the same vein as Justin...here ya go, does this jog your memory Jake?

"The nutritionist I am actually working with works with justin harris. This is why I have been kind of hesitant to take diet advice from other people. I will take your advice though on lowering the protein amounts in each workout shake."

              There we are now..

You have no idea what you’re doing. You admitted it.

Then why are you taking AAS? You’re going to do nothing but potentially injure yourself and cause your body a number of problems.

I just understand how you can ignore the advice of all of us here.

I guess that would be from the pm to me about how your nutritionist "works" with Justin Harris, and that's why you aren't paying much attention to diet advice from anyone here....ring a bell now Jake? The implication was there that you basicly have someone following Justins lead on diet.

And you call that routine, "sticking to basic exercises" while "staying away from all the other shit"??? WTF?!! Yeah deep is the word bubba. Boot wearing deep.

              Asta la vista baby.

From reading many first cycle threads, their are many people that start with much less exp than I have. I am not ignoring all your advice. After all, I did cut a whole lot of shit out of my cycle. Although I am sticking with a fairly high dose, I am only doing one chemical. How would I potential injure myself? And, believe it or not, I have been working with someone with my diet. I am on a “muscle gain” program, and the individual helping me knows the present state of my body condition.

As far as training goes, while i might not have the best program in the world, I pretty much put all my effort into it. Judging from what I see in my gym, not to sound cocky, I would consider myself one of the hardest workers there. I know I have far more work ethic than a good majority of people that train (at my gym, not to say here because I don’t know how you guys train). This I feel will aid me quite a bit throughout my cycle. I am not going to change my mind about the cycle timing or dosages.

Well I’ll say it again then.

You are setting yourself up for failure and major problems.

Why do you feel this way? Is it mainly because of the dose that I will be taking? I know this is obviously not your first cycle, but you are taking a dose much higher than mine. And, you are not suffering any problems. I know I am not you, but what’s to say I am going to have problems?

Well let’s see here.

You don’t have a clue what you’re doing training wise. I do.

You’ve never had AAS in your body and therefore don’t know how you react to certain compounds. I have.

Judging from your pics, well you’re in horrible shape and therefore increasing your blood pressure and adding more fat could become dangerous. Oh yeah, and the fact you could maybe gain a bunch of muscle would put more stress on your connective tissue than it already has.

This is your first cycle. Use a moderate dose of test and that’s it. I don’t even need to explain the reasoning behind this.

Judging from your daily logs, you apparently don’t know shit about diet. Combine that with AAS and see if you get results. I doubt you and your waxy maise starch bullshit will get very far.

To repeat yet again, YOU DON’T HAVE A FUCKING CLUE WHAT YOU’RE DOING!!!

People like you rush into this, suffer horrible side effects, injure themselves, screw their organs and organ systems up, achieve absolutely nothing constructive, and lastly it is because of individuals like yourself that AAS have a bad name in the world.

Oh, and since you asked me a while ago in a PM to comment on your nutrition:

I do not like it one bit.

You obviously have a bit of an issue with how your body treats carbs and stores fat.

Most people do, to some extent, yet you eat lots of carbs WITH your fat. The carbs cause an insulin release, which triggers storage of the dietary fat in the adipocytes.

Basically, if you consume fats and carbs together, then it is likely to make you fat.

Berardi recommends never consuming C (carbs) and F (fat) together. I have followed this rule and it works very well.

Personally I only consume my fats as fish oil, and rice bran oil, with protein, never with carbs UNLESS I AM ON A BULKER in which I don’t care too much about gaining some fat.

This is solid advice, I have used the same simple method to get down to close to 6% bodyfat in pretty short time. 6 meals. First three P+C, last three P+F. First meal is the biggest and they get smaller as the day becomes night. One thing I notice, Jake, is that you analyze the shit out of what you eat (8.2oz, etc.). Maybe what you need to do is simplify, not complicate so much. Also, yes, it would do you worlds of good to read about 20 of John Berardi’s articles.

Holy it only took a week or two and hes starting to consider the diet advice or something similar I threw out there some time ago.

Jake,

A very simple approach to go at this would be to get your diet and training figured out. And by that I mean do it right, get down to sub 10% bf and learn what works for you.
After that which would likly be 2-3 years down the road it may be time to consider some of what you have already learned here.

Im also done posting and reading this thread. It hurts my brain everytime I leaf through it.
