6’1, 180, 21 years old, 3 years experience, BF unknown, guess around 10%, used “prohormones” 3 times, trenadrol twice, tren extreme once, eat at least 4 full meals a day, will up to around 5-6 on cycle and pct, always healthy and varied.
Planned Cycle
Week 1- Frontload 500mg Test
Week 2-5 250 test e/w
Week 6-8 if no sides, increase to 500 mg e/w. if sides, stay at 250, depending on specifics treat with nolva
I have 3 questions.
First, would people recommend increasing the Test dosage weeks 6-8. Second, which (if any) of the pct options would you advise me to use, and if none, what would u recommend. And three, I have half a bottle of “Inhibit E”, a supplement commonly used as a pct after “cycles” of prohormones, and I was wondering if u would recommend incorporating this into my pct.
I realize the incredible bitchiness of this cycle, and that many would advise doubling my weekly dosage and increasing cycle length. However, this is my first time going to the “dark side” and I would like to make sure i properly guage my bodies reaction to it. As such I would appreciate it if the comments were less about its bitchiness and more about whether the planning behind it is solid. Dont worry though, if this goes well my next one will be Test 500 mg e/w+Deca 400 mg e/w :-).
Thanks
Put the gear away and wait at least another year. You are not ready.
6’1 180 is not ready for AAS. Trust me. I’m 6’0 and I started at 205 and 25 years old. You will not get the best gains yet.
Furthermore, 250/wk isnt much above your natural levels. Keep them for now and lift hard. Add another full meal a day and you will get another 10 lbs easy.

X2
And if you are that worried about sides, you should stick with the prohormones…Oh, wait, that’s a bad idea, too…
If you are dead set on doing this cycle (and it seems you guys always are), then at least set it up to get the most out of it instead of wasting what should be your best cycle and the best gains you will ever see (in most cases, anyway). Sides are easily controlled through diet and ancillaries, and using an amount of gear low enough to never cause any sides is pretty much guaranteeing that you are using an amount of gear low enough to not be worth taking in the first place.
Another thing. If you have decided to “up” your meals to 5 to 6 a day once you start, why aren’t you doing that right now? Why would gear magically provide you with the willpower or drive you, by your own admission, do not possess now?

Said it perfectly! I’m 5’11" and used to think I was a so called “hard gainer”. Weighed about 190 lbs and couldnt budge, thought my diet was great! Put in what I was eating into a calorie counter and I was only eating 2500 cals/day!!! Increased this to 4500 and 6 months later I weighed 220, and without steroids.
Not trying to sound like a dick but what you need is a better diet, and possibly modify your training. I think you can still make a lot of gains without them.
Also, why would you want to shut down your natural test production for a mere 250mg of test per week? it wont take you much above what you are likely producing now!
if you would have read my post, you would see i plan on using nolva, and that the inhibit e would only be used as an extra, which is why on wanted advice on whether or not it would be beneficial to use it in the first place. as to the meals, it was only because, being in college, i have both access to a wide variety of healthy meals with no money to spend on them. however, as next semester i will have more money, which is why i can up my meal intake. as to the weight, when i start lifting i weighed 135 pounds. 135. with diet and training i upped that to 180, which is where ive been for the last 6 months even though ive been continuously been modifying my diet and workouts, as well as doing research and looking at forums, which i hope my post at least shows. And your right, I am set on doing this, but only because I can honestly say I feel I’ve at or very close to the limits of my natural size, and would still like to get bigger. Can any of you say that you didnt feel the same way when you first started? Btw, thanx for answering none of my questions. But I do have one more, and I hope someone will at least answer this: is 500mg/w of test the best gain/sides ratio for a first time user, especially for one concerned about sides.

This has to be a joke. Instead of spending money on gear, spend it on quality food and watch your “genetic limit theory” get blown to pieces. 6’1 180 is at least 30 pounds shy of your natural LEAN limit, no matter who you got your genetics from.
How many calories per day does it take you to maintain 180 pounds?
EDIT
I know I don’t need to even say this but just so you know that I’m not blowing smoke up your ass… I’m 5 pounds lighter than you, 6 inches shorter and can still make natural gains easily. You are absolutely crazy if you think you’ve maxed out at 6’1 180.

This is the reason steroids have a bad name. I can guarantee you that you are nowhere near your genetic potential! You should count your calories, and do so honestly, and see what you are actually intaking. I bet you will find out that you are not taking in nearly enough. Up them by 500 to 1000 a day and you would be to 200lbs in no time, without steroids.
But since you seem set on doing this I would use 500mg/wk. A little research and you would see this is a fairly common standard for first time users.
Just to let you know if you are only able to maintain 180 now and have reached your genetic potential like you think you have, when you come off and are done pct, with your diet being insufficient as i can almost guarantee it is, you will lose most if not all of what you gained. Steroids are not a miracle drug, I know many guys who have used them and not been ready and ended up very very disappointed.

Do you want a cookie? I started lifting at a buck twenty two.
Brook started in the low one hundreds IIRC… Probably half of the guys on here are hard gainers, I guarantee your “limit” is above 180 bones bud… Now your T levels might be fucked up from taking pro-hormones 3x so young and probably not doing a proper pct, but that is your own fault.

Then you say:
At this point most people would get it, but you seem a little slow on the uptake, so I’ll type this slowly for you:
How can you possibly, possibly claim you have reached your genetic limit when, again, BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION, you are not eating as much as you should!?!?!?
You have not been eating enough. If you eat more and train and rest properly, you will gain weight. You will not need steroids to accomplish this.
There is a reason all of the smart folks on this site are jumping all over your post. You ignore their good advice at your own peril.
