Ok, I will listen. I will just run 1mL of test every 3rd day (400mL). As for the anadrol, I will save this for my next cycle. I still have to wait on my roommate to start though (Feb 25th).

Bushy, I know before you told me the masteron would be ok to take with my cycle. Do you still feel this way?

You’re right. I really wanted to and was looking forward to sticking to what I had posted in this thread. I can always do it for a second cycle. Just because it is my first cycle doesn’t mean it is going to be my last one. But… then again… my second cycle will never be like my first.

I consume that stuff when I am at work. It is a good way to get my protein/carbs on the go. I know you guys are going to hate me, but I am most likely going back to what I originally planed for my cycle.

02/10/08 diet

Meal 1:
1 whole sunny side up egg cooked in coconut oil
1 piece Ezekiel bread
Almond butter on bread

Meal 2 (workout nutrition)
60g waxy maize, 30g egg white protein powder, 10g instantized BCAA’s
During workout shake
40g waxy maize, 8g hydrolyzed whey, 10g instantized BCAA’s

Meal 3
5 whole sunny side up eggs cooked in coconut oil
4 pieces Ezekiel bread
smart balance butter (with flax) spread on both sides of bread
Shake
1 cup egg beaters
5 raw egg whites
3/4 cut frozen fruit
Cinnamon

Meal 4-5 (split into two meals)
90g egg white protein powder
1 cup raw steel cut oatmeal
30g olive oil

Meal 6:
8.2 oz cooked chicken breast
1.25 cup brown rice
6oz broccoli
25g olive oil

Meal 7:
1/2 roast beef sandwich at restaurant
Small salad w/ eggs, olives, romaine letus, Italian dressing

Meal 8:
8.3oz skinless chicken breast
1.25 brown cup rice
6oz broccoli
25g olive oil

Notes:
I will hit the hay early tonight because I fuckin need it.

When it comes to gear, you should use the lowest amount and the fewest different compounds that will give you the results you’re after, especially on your first go around.

Going over and above is wasteful, stupid, and only likely to increase side effects.

A lot of intelligent, experienced guys have chimed in to help you here, do yourself a favor and take advantage of their contributions.

Please put this thread to rest, as it’s just become an incredibly cluttered food and exercise log, and does not belong in the steroid forum.

Start your TEST ONLY cycle of no more than 750mg/week on the 25th and start a new log when you’ve actually started injecting.

In the meantime, work on coming up with a concise diet and training routine that will get you moving toward your goals.

Your training is all over the place, and for being a bit chunky, you’re eating too many white potatoes and hamburger buns.

I wish you the best of luck here Jake, I’m sure you’ll take the smart approach and start making great progress.

YOu know i gave up at meal 3, you have SHEDLOADS of carbs there, not enough protein during early morning when your workout is, way to little good fats… olive oil just doesnt cut it.
