Reading this thread makes me feel like I’ve entered the twilight zone.
Raw meat, excessive gas, bizarre training, and the cycle hasn’t even started yet. Who knows what we have to look forward to here!
I hope things work out well for you, Jake.

Well in my opinion it's gotten itself into an area which is running a fine line between being informative and helpful to other posters, and being ego driven and more "entertainment" than useful product.
I don't mean that in a negative way towards your character Jake, these things can slip away from us w/out realizing it sometimes.
How bout starting the cycle soon eh? Then we can get something a little more tangible out of it besides the pros and cons of eating raw meat and hunting etc in the steroid forum buddy. Of course you have every right to tell me to fuck off if you so desire. Good luck once things get rolling here.

This tread is a joke…Its obvious Jake that you are an insecure fed up little man with the genetics of a hobbit. As others have stated your weak as shit and know f all about what you are getting yourself into. I see people like you in the gym all the time, skinny flabby pissants that get in the way and do BB curls in the squat rack. Of course not all of them have bad genes I would say there biggest problem is ignorance, like yourself they chose to ignore the advice of others and do things there way. I look forward to seeing you f*** yourself up.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was crashball. I won't even waste my time commenting on post like these as they serve no purpose (other than being a complete waste of time). Fortunately for me, I only read the first sentence.
Yep, I was right. Take a look at the join date (today).

FUCK OFF. j/k. You’re right. Things need to get started. My supplier has already order the last product I need, and it is in the process of being sent out to him. I would really like to use this product in conjunction with everything else I am taking. Also, I want to be courteous to my supplier because, after all, he did order it for me.
We’ve all told you a million fucking times, you don’t need masteron. In fact, you don’t need any of the bullshit you’re thinking about taking besides the test. Start your fucking cycle and get in shape. Save your masteron.
I’m done with this thread… the stupidity makes me pissed.
Official start date of cycle: monday of 02/25
Two reasons why I am waiting:
02/08/08 friday training
No cardio due to test
Lat pulldown warmups
75x10
60x10
60x10
Pullups
BWx9
BWx6
BWx5
BWx5
BWx4
Bent over barbell rows
barx10
185x3x5
155x2x5
Pulldowns to back (wide grip but not all the way to ends)
165x5
195x5
180x2x5
165x5
Cable Rows (V bar)
195x2x5
210x1x5 (form started to slip a little so I lowered weight)
180x2x5 (slow)
Face pulls w/ rope
100x1x10
110x1x12
120x1x12
Barbell wood choppers (barbell in corner)
135x3x10 (5 reps each side)
Side crunches
2x10
Notes:
Noticed my cable rows are down quite a bit. About a month ago, I was hitting 240 for 5x5 with strict form. 195 felt heavy today. I know this will start to go up again if I am consistent with training and diet as it was before.
I was feeling pretty beat up this morning so, I decided it would be best to sleep in and get some extra rest. I will resume training either this afternoon (if I get off of work by then which is not likely) or tomorrow morning (more likely).

Diet notes:
I need to start making myself bigger meals for work. Although I only work for only 4-6 hours, the shake is not nearly enough. Stomach was growling for my entire shift which is not a good sign. My appetite has been through the roof the last couple days. I will try to get a BW read for you guys tomorrow.
Jake,
Em dunno how to explain this any easier other than to say do you have health insurance ???
Your doing the equivalent of getting a scooter then booting up to a 10000 cc engine bike…
Now i know that you dont think much about your insides most dont… but please take 2 minutes even to contemplate what you may do… the amount of drugs you are injecting is obcene at best downright dangerous at worst.
Yes i know now your probably sighing going “ya i know what every 1 says” BUT where there is smoke usually a fire around. Open your eyes, your body genetics are no better than most no offense most peoples are not… so why abuse it to this extent…
So now i have forewarned you of the dangers, ill let you see what I AM DOING in a week or so. I have been part of steroid encylapedia for 2-3 years, i went on 3 years ago going GIVE ME SOME DRUGS! got abused to high hell laughed at and more abused, so i stood back and tried to see why… took me 3 yrs to again post I WANNA TAKE DRUGS! before they would let me ![]()
Here is some tips :
There is one absolute truth. If you train and diet properly you will see a vast improvement in your body without ever using steroids.
There is one absolute lie. If you take a bunch of steriods, you will still gain muscle and loose fat even without training and eating right!. …Sorry but that ain’t gonna happen.
Steroids only enhance the body’s ability to metabolize protein and recuperate. There are some ancillary benefits with regard to anti-catabolic, fat burning and other biological/chemical processes.
However, you must first learn how to diet and train properly before you ever can expect any real benefits from the use of gear. Steroids are most effective when a person, after months or years of training and dieting, has reached their body’s natural potential and find themselves stuck at a certain level or plateau.
Besides steroids there are other chemicals which work in conjunction to either combat the negative side effects of steroids or in synergy to enhance their effect. One typical example is the various anti-estrogens. Then there are stimulants that affect the central nervous system and various oxygen pathways that affect our body’s ability to utilize oxygen and burn fat.
I decided to include these together as they can greatly affect one another. Now if you are over weight with a high BF content, chances are your BP could be at a higher rate and when administering AAS, yes it increases your BP and some more than others, but none the less it does.
We all know that high blood pressure is not a good thing and we need to get this down for two things in my eyes. (1) If you decrease your BF your chances of high blood pressure are greatly decreased so when running AAS does not pose such a huge concern nor is it as bad for your body. (2) Along with a lower BF when starting AAS, your results will be very much apparent and very satisfying.
No one can predict your sensitivity to a particular steroid or chemical. Moreover, we don’t have your complete physical history or know your body type so making any type of recommendation is really just a generalization based on prior experience.
No one can tell you how much weight you can expect to gain, body fat you will lose, etc. with any great accuracy. Moreover, each person has a preferential steroid which may or may not be as effective for you. These preferences create biases when making recommendations because every body loves the gear that is most effective for them personally. However, that doesn’t mean that it will become your favorite gear.
This bias is even more prevalent when you move into the chemicals. The opinions regarding the stimulants that affect your central nervous system, as well as your bronchial tubes, are highly varied among individuals. Many people take clenbuterol with no problems whereas others have experienced elevated heart rates and shortness of breath.
These effects have a rapid onset and therefore, are potentially more dangerous. You really need to know how your body reacts in order to assess what is or isn’t a normal reaction. For example, some people have experienced flulike symptoms when injecting a steroid. This is not uncommon. However, if the symptoms persist then you may be developing an infection or serious abscess.
Therefore, don’t be surprised to see even the most seasoned veterans having varied opinions about certain substances.
So you see why people are REALLY WORRIED with all your dosages ???
You have no clue what each 1 may react with YOUR body and if you start with 1 or 2 you can track it faster !
In the end, there are no shortcuts. There is help and enhancement but no miracle pill. You train hard and you diet smart or else all your efforts will be in vain. You are responsible for your own actions.
You cannot expect to just mimic someone else without first understanding your own body. So you educate your mind first then you can better train your body. Fitness requires a change of lifestyle not a temporary fix. Fitness is not found in a fad diet, pill or syringe. Fitness is found in your day-to-day life because a year from now all those days will add up to become the sum total of who you are. Will you be in shape and healthy or regretfully out of shape and unhealthy? The decision is yours.

Training notes:
Still felt really beat up today, and to be honest, I probably didn’t belong in the gym. I can’t stand being out of the gym for more than 1 day if I don’t have to when I get consistent. Last night, I couldn’t even sleep on my back because I was still very sore. As a matter of fact, I can’t even remember the last time my upper back was this sore or, if in fact, it has ever been this sore (which is surprising).
Anyways, with this being my first week and all, I feel it would be best to ease into my program. Next week once I recover a bit, I will definitely up the poundage and finish all the exercises.
I will do my best to eat as much as possible today. This will help a lot with recovery.
Jake, can you change the name of this thread to “Jake’s Pre-Cycle Log,” and then start a new one when you start taking your gear? Thanks.
