Jake's First Cycle Log

No one with 20% body fat has any business doing a bulking cycle and shoveling down 700+ grams of carbs a day.

It doesn’t matter what your goals are, it’s a recipe for disaster.

The decisions you’re making with this cycle demonstrate a startling lack of knowledge, Jake, which is why everyone is coming down so hard on you.

  1. You’re going to experience nasty estrogen related sides if you don’t drop the carbs considerably. Anyone taking AAS should know this.

  2. You don’t need to eat 700 grams of carbs a day to grow. Not by a long shot. Anyone taking AAS should know this as well.

  3. High bodyfat + high carbs + AAS = TRAINWRECK. Yes, you should know this too.

Eat carbs with protein early in the day and post workout to replenish glycogen. The rest of your meals should be mostly protein, good fats and fiber.

Eating carbs all day will not increase you lean mass gains, it will only cause you to gain more water and fat. I’ve experienced this first hand and it wasn’t pretty, Jake.

The good news is that your cycle really hasn’t started yet, so please smarten up and make some better decisions. You’re a stubborn bastard, Jake, but you came around to reason before. It’s time to do it again.

Art, don’t waste your time buddy. You’ve shown your knowledge elsewhere, just keep it there where people will actually learn from you.

It’s all for nothing, sorry to tell you. The bright side is the we get to learn about estrogen and its side effects from a source that will have a large amount of experience in that area.

World

Say, we should sticky this after the results are in and it will say “What happens when you don’t listen to vets”. Would scare off some of those steroid-wanting idiots :D.

TW, stop with the shit like that. And you know damn well it wouldn’t scare anybody off.

Sadly, this is true. I just am pissed at OP for turning down useful post after post. I also feel bad for the vets who try to help these kind of people and then they act like idiots making the vets to just want to leave the board. Heck, I am relatively new to the steroid forum, but the only vets I see is contrl, world, bushy, rainjack, and then a few regular helping hands that I wouldn’t call vets, but they are indeed useful.

We probably had\would of had more if it wasn’t for people like this. Granted he isn’t the worst of the bunch, but he definitely is pretty bad. I would like to see one of the authors come on here, like Christian Thibaudeau, bitch him out, then I’ll still probably see the OP tell him that he knows what he is doing.

I wouldn’t count on any of the authors showing up in the steroid forum. Not that I’d want them too.

I never said I know what I am doing. I am following a diet program that was written for me. As much as you would like to think this diet is worthless, it is written by someone who knows what they are doing. This is the program I still follow. It is not a fat loss program, it is an off season diet program. Say what you will.

I love good mornings. My low back was so dead afterwards that it hurt to stand. I need to start doing this exercise as a ME (max effort) workout much more often. In the past, it has really brought up my squat quite a bit.

I think that this is one of the most patient, and informative posts I have seen on this thread. Very well laid out IMO. This level of patience is a virtue I wish I possessed. Unfortunately I do not.

Jake, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS!

The positive thing about this thread, is that it is an EXCELLENT example of what not to do. I am saddened that it may be at the expense of your health and well being.

PS- if you haven’t gone to the hospital yet in regards to your excessive raw meat intake, please get tested for parasites. chances are, you probably are carrying something. You will not know until it is too late I fear. But then again you have refused to listen to anyone here, so I’m not expecting anything.

PEACE,

At this point I just read this thread for pure amusement and entertainment.

Theres obviously no use in posting any advice or criticism as the 100-150 years combined experience that roughly 10 of us have tried to offer is for one reason or another no use to Jake. He just konws what works for him. And it obviously works very well. (Im an extremely sarcasitic SOB for those than dont know me well)

Jake,
Better start saving your pennies buddy. By the end of this cycle or post recovery at the latest you may need some extra funds to buy a bra for your moobs.

FRIGHTENING
IMAGES

Ewww. I am still going to play this one by how I feel. If I do start to notice gyno related symptoms and the anti-es aren’t doing much, I will lower the carbs. Judging from my metabolism though, I seriously doubt I will gain much more body fat.

This isn’t too far fetched.

Edit: This isn’t working. What I was trying to accomplish was put Art’s photo above the hideous “ventroglute” photo provided some time ago, as a proposed image of this knucklehead, post cycle.

thats disgusting i think im gonna puke

Put A on top of B.

i did not realize that was possible…

Thanks Jake, it all makes sense to me now.

Well you seem so adamant that my high carb diet is going to give me estrogen effects…

Friday 04/04/08 training

EZ bar extensions
40x12
40x10
60x10
80x10
100x10
105x4
105x4

Dips
BWx20
BW+45x20 (probably could have done 30, but stopped)
BW+80x5 (done to failure 2 minute rest)
BW+80x6 (done to failure 2 minute rest)
BW+80x7 (done to failure 2 minute rest)

DB ext
25x10

Notes:
Just did triceps today. I like hitting them separately from my bench routine because I am a lot stronger at them. I find it strange how I get stronger on my dips as I move a long in sets, but I have noticed this on a few other exercises I do. My lower back is FRIED today, and I probably didn’t belong in the gym. I will take tomorrow off.

   Damn you're ignorant.

That’s what makes us so mad. You’re so fucking clueless about any of this shit, yet you continue to belittle and shun the advice of people here who know so much.

                Piss off Jake.

Go get a bra, double D's should fit nice.
