Just a thought… but I’m betting the reason you can’t workout is that stupid crap you did the other day with a million pullups and all sorts of bench press.
Yeah, it looks real cool and is somewhat impressive you think you can do all that, but at what cost man?
If it’s keeping you out of the gym for two days, then you have a real problem on your hands. Like I said before, seek some fucking help regarding your training before you seriously injure yourself.
You might actually have done those pullups. It’s a very real possibility assuming you have undergone certain training. As Contrl and 5.0 will admit, during recruit training, you do hundreds of them a day. But then again, you’re in top shape when that’s being done.
I don’t see ya doing it, but I’ll give ya the benefit of the doubt on this one.

You are all nuts. If you spend time doing pull ups and make it an aim to do more and more over time there is no reason that someone could not do 102 pull ups. Christ, I use to do 30 at a clip in my hayday.
Notes for today:
It has been a long time since I hit a heavy and hard bench session, so it is pretty normal for the level of soreness I have had. I won’t always get this sore. If I am sore, I won’t hesitate to take days off.
Still haven’t noticed the test kicking in yet, but I suppose i just need to be patient and relax. Tomorrow is injection 3 and it is the right ventrogeal injection site for me. I plan to do some searching tonight to see if I can find this on my own.
Hope everyone enjoys their easter.

I have a buddy of mine who is over 200 lbs who i have seen do over 40 at once with decent form. So I know the potential for me to get up my pullup strength is huge.

Word!
You’re only a week in Jake, you don’t have the enhanced recovery yet to crank things all the way up with your training. Just pace yourself a little more, in a few weeks you will be able to handle more volume. Don’t burn yourself out early on.
Notes for today:
I posted a separate thread where I was wondering where exactly the ventrogluteal injection spot was. Anyone that is following this thread, here is the link to that: http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=2030890
I ended up injecting here today, and I had no problems. I injected less air into the vial, and had no oil leakage. Injection was a bit more painful than the gluteal injection, but it wasn’t anything that bad. I will find out tomorrow if there is as much pain after injection as with the gluteals.
Reverse hyper extensions:
bwx6 (lower back felt dead)
90x6
180x10 (felt way too heavy)
135x4x10 (still felt very heavy)
GHR:
20, 15, 15, 15, 15, 12, 10
Leg Extension:
295x15x4 (done very slow)
Squat (Olympic stance):
205 lbs
Done with safety squat bar reps:
8, 8, 6, 6, 5, 5
Called it because I was pissed
Notes:
Training went real shitty again, and no it is not because I am over training. I used to train much heavier and much more frequently before and had no problems whatsoever. The last few days I have felt very weak and very tired. I have been getting plenty of sleep lately too. I get to the gym, start training, and then I feel like I am about to fall asleep.
My strength has been pathetic even more so lately. 180 lbs feels heavy on reverse hyper extensions. I used to do 450 lbs with good form, and it didn’t feel that heavy. Squats sucked today too. I hope I can start training normally again soon. Maybe it is just the measures my body is taking to get used to this new substance?
Maybe you need a tissue to wipe the sand out of your vagina?
On a more serious note though as you body adapts to the additional test different things will happen to your body. Lethargy is very common at this point.
In the meantime suck it up and get your work outs done. Either that or you could listen to the majority and switch to a different program altogether.
I don’t think i’ll be injecting the ventrogluteal spot again. Today, it was so sore that it took me about 15 minutes to get a sock on. Swear to god. Not to mention getting in and out of my truck. Oh well, no big deal. At least I was able to get in a simi-decent w/o in today.
Lat pull down warmup: 60x10 / 105x8
Pull-ups: 5 X 5 X BW (getting most with my chin above the bar)
Chin-ups: 5 X 5 X BW
Fatman Pull-ups: 5 x 5 x BW ( was coming 3-4 inches short from touching my chest)
Preacher curl:
40x8
70x7
95x5
95x4 (was my fault for doing them too slow)
95x2x5
100x5 !!
100x3 (about 45 seconds after previous set)
Spread leg situps w/ legs not anchored:
75x1
Notes:
I am getting a little stronger on the preacher curls, but I still have a ways to go. I have been noticing it has been much more difficult for me to do pullups/chinups, but that is probably because I have gained weight. I have been doing all my pullups/chinups with full rom. I have been trying to get the pullup bar to my clavicle bone, but I don’t think that is going to happen anytime soon.
Notes:
Hip is still very sore today from the injection I had on sunday. I am hoping this heals up soon. When it does, I should be able to resume training and diet like I was doing before.
Incline Bench Workout:
45 x 2 x 5
95 x 2 x 5
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 4 x 5
190 x 5
DB Fly:
20 x 10
45 x 4 x 12
Cable Crossover:
25 x 10
50 x 9
55 x 2 x 15
60 x 13
Dips:
Reps with 30 lbs:
2 sets x 25 reps
1 set x 23 reps
2 sets 17 reps
Total reps: 107
Notes:
Hip is feeling a little better which is good. I should be able to do some dynamic stretches with it tomorrow. I will also ice it some more.
Had a nice rep increase on dips w/ increase in weight too (from DB and BW). I know I am much stronger than this. Doing dips after a chest w/o kills my triceps, but the disadvantage is I can’t do nearly as much weight as I could had I not done chest.
After PWO shake (some 20 or so minutes later):
1 shot 10g creatine monohydrate and 5g beta alanine
2 shots 8g apple cider vinegar
Meal 3:
7oz raw turkey breast
2 raw eggs
160g brown rice
5oz mixed veggies
17x 1.2g fish oil caps
cayenne
sea salt
Meal 4:
7oz chicken breast
2 raw eggs
160g brown rice
5oz mixed veggies
10g coconut oil
5g macadamia nut oil
5x 1g borage oil caps
Will update this as day progresses
Damn Jake, that’s a shitload of waxy maize once again you’re consuming there. Do you REALLY think you need that much to spike insulin and create/maintain energy levels?
On a side note, there are so many idiots posting here every time I take a casual look around the forum, that I feel bad for ever slamming you now, lol.
Keep up the training and stay motivated man.
ToneBone
Just got done with injection number 4 in my right glute. Like all my other injections, everything went great. I almost pulled the needle out by accident when I was injecting, but I caught myself and repushed it in. I have noticed it helps quite a bit if you reach around with your opposite arm behind your back to hold the syringe. This way, it makes aspirating and injecting much easier. I have a couple of things I am experimenting with to see if it makes a difference in site soreness the next day.
I made sure I changed needles this time. Meaning, I used one needle to draw and a new needle to inject.
I am injecting later in the day.
I still have been heating up the vial with boiling water for 4-5 minutes to get the oil warm.
Other notes would be I was able to get some foam rolling, dynamic effort stretching, and some icing in for my hip. The pain is almost gone, but my rom is still not all the way there.
I have noticed a decrease libido. Usually, I have a constant boner that last the duration of my sleep, and, I am sorry to say, I don’t have this anymore lol.
My appetite has been nothing again today. I need to start getting up earlier to get some more meals in. I also need to get a nocturnal protein shake. Morning cardio on an empty stomach would also probably be good for fat control/appetite. I would also like to start doing post w/o static stretching. I keep forgetting. Maybe writing this here will help me remember.

I really don’t think you need to heat the oil to that degree.
It hasn’t really been boiling, but it is very hot though. I usually go by feel of the vial. Once the oil starts feeling a little warmer than warm, I usually pull it out.
Hope you don’t get over carbed with all the maize though dude. You think you are really utilizing all that with no spillover going to glycogen storage? Even with the workouts that’s an awful lot of carbs being ingested within a small time frame relative.
