Use them every day, your body is growing at a phenomenal rate on non-training days also. I not sure but, some AAS users up their creatine dosage to 15g per day. You might want to check around about that.

         No Jake heating the oil up a lot will not affect its' integrity at all. It's just going to change viscosity a bit and make things go smoother on the injec for you.

         Yes definitely use them as Phil said Jake. Limit it to 5g a sitting though. That's all you can assimilate at one time pretty much. I would say once right in the am when you wake up, middle of the day, and right before bed on off days. They really kick ass when someone is dropping weight or cutting and trying to eat less btw.

Just got done with second injection. Everything went well except for the fact that I did run into a leakage problem. After I injected 2.5 ccs of air into the vial, I turned it up side down to begin drawing. After I drew out the test to 3/4mL, I realize my hand was covered in oil. I had the needle screwed into the syringe all the way, so I figured it must have been leaking from the vial itself. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to prevent it?
One other thing. Does test-e oil have a particular smell to it or does it vary?
I did place the vial in boiling water this time before I injected and vented it with a needle. I also did some cardio before I injected this time too. I guess, I will find out tomorrow how much of a difference it made.
In addition, as you guys said, I didn’t really notice too much of a difference between the 23g needle and the 25g needle. It seemed to draw pretty well too. I am excited to try the vetrogeal injection next time (still have to find it). It seems very awkward injecting in the back, so I look forward to being able to actually see what I am doing.

           Jake take it easy with the boiling, lol.

Seriously, if your tap doesn’t get really hot, then go ahead and microwave boil some water in a mug, then take it out and put the vial in it. That’s all you need. Let it soak for about 3-5 minutes and you’re ready.

As far as the vial leaking yes it happened to me in my earliest attempts. It’s from injecting too much air into vial and creating too much pressure, thus “pushing” too much oil which will leak out of the vial where the pin is sticking through it. Just try pulling back 1.5 or 2ml of air and you should be ok. Better to take a bit more time to draw than run the shit all over the place and waste too much. It should draw fine from the heat itself so the combination of the viscosity change and too much pressure will surely make it leak bro. Just chill down on the air drawn pre/load.

You tricked me! You said rather too much heating than too little! So, that’s is what I did lol. I figured the air intake was the reason it was leaking because that was the only thing I had done differently. My tap water does get pretty hot. I didn’t mention that I did run the syringe under hot water too after I boiled it.

The thing I don’t like about this is that tap water splashes on the needle. I probably could prevent this by unscrewing the needle, but rather than make things difficult, I will just stick to heating the vial.

F’N appetite has been nothing today. I have ate 4 meals, and I am unbelievably stuffed. I think I need to cut back on my veggie intake. All this fiber is filling me up! My vegetable intake has been 6oz/meal of all kinds of chopped vegetables and herbs. From the mirror, it looks like I have lost more bodyfat despite my increase in calories/carbs.

Left glute is starting to hurt pretty bad, so I don’t think that made that big of a difference. At least, my right glute is starting to feel better. Somehow, I need to preform squats tomorrow lol. This should be fun. As they say though, no pain no gain.

Notes:
Up 9 lbs since Monday which is good. Even though I haven’t noticed the test kicking in yet, it must be doing something because that is a lot of weight gain. Especially considering my diet. I haven’t been eating all that much 5-6 meals a day. I would like to start posting my diet, but I don’t want to be bagged on for it. I know I need to start eating more regardless.
Chest is very sore today. Must have hit it pretty hard yesterday.
Left ass cheek doesn’t seem to be bothering me a whole lot. Which is good because I need to do squats today. Anyways, the only things I changed between yesterday’s injection and monday’s injection were 1: heating the oil much more and 2: doing cardio before. So it is good to know that doing those extra things helped.

You may have got this figured out already Jake, but the best way I’ve found to heat the oil is to use a heating pad. No water to mess with and it gets the oil quite warm.

I very much agree with Tone that there is a world of difference between using slightly warmed oil versus thoroughly warmed, especially with prop.

I fill the syringe and then put it in the pad for 15 minutes or so. Smooth, quick injection and no pain.
