Man, that was good. I lolled hard. I hope we don’t have to watch him say “I’ve gained too much fat over this cycle, I am going to run DNP now.” Because that is the point where there will be no more cycle log. Honestly Jake, don’t get any ideas now.
Haha… Glad to see you fellas are doing alright.

I though that there was going to be no more cycle log by the time I finished my present cycle, no?

Point was, we would not know you’re current condition on the substance. As of right now, last person to try DNP hasn’t been responding.
Jake

Well, I started my cycle at a little under 173 and yesterday I was 191.5. So, so far, I have gained over 18 lbs. As I said though, I haven’t noticed anything from the testosterone yet. Maybe in a couple of weeks, that will be a different story. My current pictures and my starting pictures don’t show too much of an increase in fat content.
Why don’t you put up your current pictures?
I will tomorrow
over 18lbs is a hell of a gain in a few short wks,i seem to be gaining as well at a good pace,i started at about 11 stone and have progressed to 11.5 stone
lookin to make 13 stone or as close to that as possible
eating anything and everything at the mo,munch munch!
keep it up and let us know how u get on
You’ve gained 18lbs and think you haven’t gotten anything from the test? Maybe if your training was better/more logical and consistent you’d be getting stronger.
04/14/08 training
Sumo stance (hips still very very tight)
SSQ bar for a bunch of reps/sets
165x3x5
Rack deadlifts (pin 3 3" below knees)
Worked up to
495x3
545x2
585x0 (stalled about 1/3 way)
495x1
Glute ham raise
bwx3x30
Reverse hyper
180x2x10
Notes:
Making steady gains on my rack deadlift. Last time I only got 545 up about 1/3 the way. When I have done rack deadlifts in the past, I have found that pin 3 is the weakest spot in my deadlift and is pretty close to my floor deadlift. I am excited to see what I can floor deadlift now.
Anyway, my hips are still very tight and I can’t really do any weight on my squat. I need to get my hips loosened up before I decide to add on the weight. I know I can do much more weight, but I really don’t think it is a good idea to force through the ROM.

Maybe if my training had better logic??? How much do you squat? If that is your picture in your profile, I wouldn’t think it would be much… no offense. Anywho, I would much rather take training advice from people who squat over a 1000lbs than someone who probably can’t even squat 315.

Your logic is out to lunch to say the least. You have had 10 people give you advice here that squat plenty more than 315 however you took none of that.
With that 18 lb gain how much of it was around your waistline? I guess it should be rather easy to tell from the photos from when you were taking Worlds advice compared to now.

You just made my day.
At least someone gets it.
Would a smart individual pay for shitty training or get top notch training handed to him for free? That is the question.

Not to hijack, but I’ll take some free training advice from you on my program. It is in my pre-cycle\cycle log. I haven’t started AAS yet, but I’m open to advice :D.

I have someone who is giving me training advice that squats over 1000lbs. Plus, there are plenty of people at my gym that put of big numbers that have had success using a similar program to mine. I know this program works because I have seen incredible results in the past using it. It isn’t a question of if I’ll get stronger, it is a question on when. I get my training advice for free.
Just look at my bench press for instance. A little over a month ago, I was struggling to put up 235. Now I am putting up around 295, and I foresee 315 very soon.

I’m stronger and leaner than you, while staying about 185 without having ever touched steroids. Oh, I squat 315 for sets of 8.Not the best in the world, but that’s where I’m at. Once again, your training makes little sense. Get your fat ass in the gym and do something productive. No offense.
