Actually this should serve as a lesson to everyone…This kinda stuff happens when repeatitive negativity takes place!
Justification of talking bad about someone does not come from helping them out! Jake is a grown man and can make decisions for himself, good or bad. Im sure he appreciates all the advice from the more experienced people, however at the end of the day, its his body and his decision, period.
The shameful behavior is when someone gets upset because their advice is not taken and starts to belittle people.
So I agree with this too, but the principle should be across the board.

Give me a break Jazzy.
I’ll give you the Mother Theresa award for bullshit and repeated rhetoric this year.
Shit talk was justified by those who tried to ignore Jakes ignorance and help him, only to be thrown aside like a piece of catshit when he felt he was "done" with them. You are "who" to talk about any of this? You're as wishy washy as the latest whirlpool washer.
You’re THE poster child for noobs who shouldn’t be giving advice and teaching “lessons” to other people on the forum.
Have a good "no Jake mistake" cycle.
your own words.

BW+45x10
BW+70x8 (elbows were pretty gone so I thought it would be smart to lay off more reps)
Notes:
Had a great training session today. I am moving up nicely on my bench press. I am pretty sure I could have got that 295 for one rep today given all the sets I was able to get with 285. My roommate was in the gym training today. This is the roommate who used to train with me. So now we have been real competitive with each other in terms of who is benching more because we are each following a different training program. He was telling me he got 225 for 6 almost 7 reps.
So at the end of my max effort work, I gave 225 a try to see if I was even close to him. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to be able to get close to that amount. One being I was fatigued, and two being he has always been stronger than me in the bench. I ended up getting 9 almost 10 reps! That is bad fucking ass! I still have a long ways to go in terms of my bench press. At my gym, there are 6 people who bench over 600lbs and one who benches over 800. Granted this is with bench shirts, that is still far far stronger than I am. I hope to one day be able to press that amount. I have my work cut out for me!
^^^^
My point exactly! The issue thats being discussed is constantly being perpetuated by the complainers! “Justified Be-littlement” should be the title of a new thread that gets stickied so us noobs will know who, what, when, where, how, and why to do it.
So, Im done with it! Jake, again I wish you much success on your cycle. Sorry for contributing to hijacking your thread.
Jake ,as much as I would like to jump on the band wagon and criticize you . I wont because I understand where your coming from…Everyone learns differently. As long as you learn then something good has come out of this.Good luck .

Jake, I understand that you are going to do what you have had planned on this cycle and workout log. But I have one question, what is the purpose of your log right now? I am not trying to attack you in anyway with that question, but I am honestly curious. Is it just to keep track of your workouts\food intake? Is it an example for the newbies? Is it to get advice on certain topics? I do not currently know why you are writing this log. If you could answer that, maybe some of us could help you with what you want to be helped with. If it isn’t the diet, workout regiment, or cycle, then this is just an example for newbies, correct?
I would honestly try to convince you of a lot of things right now, but I do not think you would want to listen to them. I will truthfully comment on your results though when you are finished with your cycle.

Although I appreciate world for taking his time to create a program to get me somewhat in shape, I have decided I will be responsible for training and diet from here on out. I hope no offense is taken to this.
I will still be open to ideas/suggestions if anyone has them.

I see that you are said you are open to suggestions, but I only seen you turn all suggestions\ideas down (in this particular thread). Why is that? I really want to know why you choose to listen to one person instead of a large number of experienced people. I do not want to announce advice right now as I am not experienced in the field of AAS, but I did say take the advice of the other vets.
I think it would be some closure if you were to tell us why you do not want to take advice from the vets, but rather your “trainer”. Most of the vets have enough experience to reach their goals and I would assume if you would like to look like one of them, you would of followed their advice. Just looking for a method to the madness.
If you guys have a problem with what his nutritionist has him doing, then why dont you email Chris and speak your minds?

Wannabe, Im pretty sure that if I were paying a highly qualified nutritionist to set my diet up, I wouldnt be taking advice from people on forums, regardless of what they look like.
Jake, I understand that you are going to do what you have had planned on this cycle and workout log. But I have one question, what is the purpose of your log right now? [/quote]
The purpose of my log is to keep accurate results and to hopefully see improvement when my cycle is over. As I said, I want to be responsible for my training and diet. It is nice to get cycle advice if i need it (not training/diet advice). This log is mainly for my benefit, but if there is anyone else that can find any useful information in it, then so be it. By posting my log here, everyone can see it, of course. Therefore, if I am slacking with my diet or whatever, everyone sees it. This can be good with motivation at times too. Right now, i have been going through some personal shit. As hard as I have tried to keep it from interfering with my training and diet, I haven’t been very successful.
Wannabe I’m glad you asked those questions. I think it’ll shed some light on this thread. I just finished reading your response Jake and I guess i’m confused a little. Your only posting for your own benefit and you’ll only use the vets when you run into a problem. I would think one would use the vets before you run into a problem. Just my opinion. You also say that this is a reminder to get your ass in gear soon. I think soon has come and gone. I know your not done with your cycle but what have you learned so far since you’ve started?

No offense, but why the fuck are you posting here now when my cycle is well on its way? You are not coming across as being wise, and to be blunt, you’re just pissing me off with your stupid questions. I should have known better than to post something like that here with all the idiotic responses I have been receiving lately. Oh well
keep ur thread goinng jake, its a thread i look forward to reading even if some others doesnt like it,id say a few mistakess are made on most first cycles,as u said this thread is for ur own benefit so dont let a bit of critique get the better of u

I was very pissed today. I got into the gym around 3:30 (after work) only to find out that they were closing at 4:00. My gym just recently changed their hours without my knowledge. They used to be open till 6pm Saturdays and Sundays. Yeah, yeah, missed another workout… i can already hear it. Thing is, I don’t really have a set template when I do what. I just go by how I feel. This doesn’t mean I should be lazy and kick back everyday on recovery… I understand that.
So far, my bodyweight is still hovering around 190lbs. I haven’t felt anything yet in terms of increased strength or libido. From what I have read though, it can take up to 5-6 weeks till some people start noticing the testosterone kicking in. I guess I am going to be one of these people. I did forget to mention that I have felt much more tired than normal since I started my cycle. I used to be one of those people that could get 4 hours of sleep and had more energy than I knew what to do with. Now, I feel like I need to take a nap every chance I get.
Injecting has been a pain in my ass, literally. I grit my teeth every time I have to sit down. This has been a bit of an inconvenience because I haven’t been able to do a lot of my lower body stretches like usual.
I will do rack pulls tomorrow
That kind of stuff can really get on you, huh. I’ve been kicked out from the gym a bunch of times because of some private group has reserved the whole gym for the evening. It’s rather annoying when some smug personal trainer tells you to leave in middle of your workout.
