Have you ever tracked your kcals and such on fitday? if not, you should try. Nice to see the great balla back, you’ve definitely made significant progress. You really should work on improving your squat though, there’s no way that’ll hurt you in your athletic endeavors. I could only see it making your vertical better…and remember, do NOT overdo plyometrics. They’re stressful on your body, and should be used periodically, not all the time. Good luck in ballin’ and getting stronger.
